hello! this doesn't really take place in the normal Kagepro setting, this is like some random normal AU,,

3rd person pov

today was a normal day, a regular old tuesday afternoon, crowds of high school students were walking down the town, talking about things such as normal gossip, discussing plans of what they were going to do for the week, the main topic was the 'next epic party' that was going to happen next week, all that kinda stuff.

there, walking by himself was one of the most known people around school, shuuya kano. he was known for being a 'liar' and a 'mischievous little bitch' as a lot of people would say. he did have a lot of friends, he was popular after all. of course, everyone hung out with him in attempt to gain such popularity he had, thus, no one bothered to even speak to him outside of the school.

he was just strolling down the path, looking down at his phone in his hand, scrolling through instagram and texting some people he knew. of course, stupid kano almost walked into a pole and as he looked up he noticed a cafe, hm, he had money and there was nothing better to do so he ended up finding himself walking towards the entrance, giving the handle a pull with his spare hand and placing his phone into his pocket.

the cafe gave off this very calm vibe, the atmosphere was cozy and warm. he already took a liking toward this place, eventually his eyes wandered around, eventually landing on some persons fluffy, black hair, of course anyone would look towards their face once noticing someone and only to his luck, the black haired boys hazel eyes met to his golden ones, he felt his cheeks warm up slightly due to embarrassment.

the golden haired boy shook his head slightly before walking towards the black haired boy, his casual smirk that was always on his face was there once again.

"hello! what can i get you?" the hazel eyed boy asked, his head cocked to the side slightly as he asked his question with a casual smile.

"hm~ i'll take an espresso with a double shot of you~" teased the golden haired boy, the hazel eyed boys face flaming up after as a result and a laugh escaped the other boys mouth.

"i'm only teasing! a mocha, please~" the boy hummed, sending the other a wink while he desperately nodded, practically running off to make it.

the golden eyed boy held his hand to his mouth as a snicker escaped, watching the other rush around to make his mocha. did he really get flustered from something as small as that? this would be a little fun, at least. eventually he came back over holding the mocha, placing it down on the counter, he seemed to calmed down and smiled to the boy once again.

"$2.99, please" he said with his little smile appearing on his face once again, of course he had to smile, it's basically part of his job.

the boy reached into his pocket and plopped a $5 bill onto the counter, the dark haired boy gave him his change and the other took his mocha and smiled to him, walking away and sitting down onto a chair with a table in front of him, pulling out his phone and sipping on his mocha.

back to the dark haired male, he placed his hand against his face and rested into it, sighing to himself before hearing a snicker come from behind him.

"and what are you sighing about?" the voice spoke, it was rather feminine compared to his voice that could be heard and he could obviously guess who it was, kido.

",,it's nothing, kido." he spoke, turning back to her and smiling as she raised an eyebrow

"-and it's almost your shift, come on" he said, stretching his arms out and walking away from the till, leaving kido there by herself.
