Alam mo ba, nandito mga pinsan ko and sobrang successful nila.

Cecilia:

Teejay:
Wala, naiinggit lang ako. Sila, sobrang successful na, ako eto.

Cecilia:
Anong ikaw? Oh, you're a successful architect, may license ka din ng engineer. You established your own firm at the age of 26. You're still young pa, yet you managed to accomplished those things.

Teejay:
Yeah.. but it's still not enough compared to what my cousins have now. Alam mo ba iyong isang pinsan ko, nakabili na ng bahay at lupa plus nakakapagtravel na din siya kahit kailan nya gusto.

Cecilia:
Babe, bakit mo kinukumpara buhay mo sakanila? Stop it. It will not do you anything good. Besides, you have your own phase. You'll achieve those things in God's time. I believe in you, and I know that someday you'll be as successful as they are. Patience, baby.

Teejay:
