Chapter Ten

Fenneko's Pov

I smile up at Alger, but what looks back to me is not my Alger. I mean, it is... Something is wrong... Then the door opens and it's... Quin in the doorway... "Quin?" I mumble and he looks to me, "Hey, Hase, have ya seen Rezi, Alger?" He asks and Alger shakes his head, "He's always running off..." Quin mumbles to himself.

Rezi doesn't normally run off, he's normally with you, at least every time or just about every time I see you, he's with you...

I reason to myself, but I just grab the sweater of Alger and snuggle closer into him and he looks down at me and smiles... I don't like his smile... It has... Something hidden behind it, a Demon of sorts...

This isn't my world...

Fenneko's POV

Glancing up...

Wait, what? My Alger does not have pupils that big!

I shake my head at it and obviously ignore and snuggle into his arms, then Rezi swings open the door, "Rezi? What are you doing? You never come over here..." I mumble and he looks at me, "I knew it, I knew something was wrong with one of the others, Alger, drop her! That isn't Fenneko!" He yelps and I look at him with a raised eyebrow and Alger rolls his eyes, "What the Hell do you mean by that?" He asks, "Ok, that is Fenneko, but it isn't your Fenneko." He answers, his voice is dead pan... That's when I see it... Rezi normally has longer nails, this guys is a little too short to be Rezi's... That isn't Rezi...

Where am I?

I slip out of Alger's arms before he can drop me and I walk up to Rezi, looking him up and down.

You're hair is too short to be him...

"Alger, think what Fenneko normally acts like. Now make someone that's the polar opposite but still loves you to a degree." Rezi says and I now realize it.

This isn't my world.

Alger's Pov

"Tell me that this isn't!?" He nods

Well, shit...

Fenneko's Pov (Normal, real Fenneko)

I jump out of his arms, "You're not Alger!" I yelp and Quin grabs me, "Calm down, bunny, that is Alger-Wait... Do you think Rezi did it again?" Quin asks.

Did what again?

Alger nods.

Fenneko's POV

I glance back at Alger.

What has happened?

"Until, then I suggest you treat her as normal, just be weary." Rezi warns and I look to him with confusion.

"Just let us handle this." Rezi says and I nod.

Alger's Pov

"I hate why he does this." I grumble.

Fenneko's POV

"Trust me, me too." Rezi says and I fumble trying to understand what's going all.

All I know is this isn't my world.
