9. I'm here

-- Dino POV---

I hit the doorbell eagerly as I fixed my clothes. I basically ran here from the bus stop; more like panic running. The door opens and I'm greeted by my boyfriend with his arms spread open. I immediately engulf him in a hug.

"Sorry I-I'm late," I said as I catch my breath one more time.

"You okay baby?" I blushed as he closed the door and I took my shoes off.

"Yeah I'm fine I just sorta ran here" I answered, rubbing the back of my neck. As I set my bag down next to my shoes; I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist.

"You ran here?" He rested his chin on my shoulder as he laughed lightly. Playfully, I hit his hand as my face was tinted pink.

"Yeah, I didn't wanna be more late than I already was" I turned around to face him, his arms still wrapped around me. I was about to speak, but he pecked my lips with a short but sweet kiss.

"What was that for?" I chuckled as he smiled.

"What I need a reason to kiss my baby?" He said pulling me closer. He pecked my lips once more; lingering a bit longer.

"How'd it go?" I asked, unsure about what to expect.

"It went well, don't worry. Now let's go before they come looking for us" he unwrapped his arms and we intertwined our fingers as we walked towards the back. Once we stepped into the lawn, I saw the four boys eyes widen as they see our intertwined hands. Changkyun didn't seem to notice as he pulled me to sit next to him on the table.

"Wait...wait.," Hyungwon said as he squinted his eyes. Shownu and Kinghyun's jaws dropped as Wonho furrowed his eyebrows. For what seemed like the longest 3 seconds of my life, no one spoke and I could feel Changkyun's nervousness as he held my hand tightly.

"O.M.G YOU TWO ARE DATING!" Minhyuk basically screamed as he slammed his hands on the table.

"Damn never saw that coming" Hyungwon whispered, but loud enough for me to hear as he sat at the edge of the table.

"Wow, I would have never guessed uh." Jooheon chuckled as he sat next to Changkyun and ruffled his hair.

"Yeah, me neither," Wonho asked as he laughed and sat in front of Jooheon.

"Guess we did a good job then" I smiled as I rubbed circles with my thumb on his hand.

"Yeah though apparently Kinhyun-hyung and Minghyuk-hyung made a bet," Changkyun said chuckling.

"Yeah I said he was secretly dating someone and I won" Minhyuk smiled proudly as Shownu and Kinhyun arrived at the table with the cooked meat.

"Ya! We get it, you were right" Kinhyun said sarcastically as he took off the latex gloves and sat next to him.

"Though we all saw him wear that turtleneck, so" Hyungwon retorted as we all began eating.

"Haha, you wore a turtleneck?" He hit me on my shoulder as he chewed on meat; his face blushing.

"Says the one who wrote a hoodie in 40-degree weather" he answered back.

"We were out of concealer so sue me" I glared at him as chuckled, the rest copying.

"I wanna say cute but y'all still taking about hickeys so" Jooheon laughed. We both flushed red as the rest laughed too. We continued to eat and chat as they asked questions about us.

After a while we had cleaned the table and Wonho had suggested we take a dip in the pool. I had gone into the house as Hyungwon and Minhyuk had a cannon ball show off.

I was pouring myself a glass of water when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. I yelpped until I noticed who it was.

"You need to stop doing that" I said as he chuckled and rested his chin on my shoulder.

"But I love seeing your cute scared face" Changkyun answers mockingly. I closed the large water bottle and giggle at his pout as I turn around to face him. We laugh together has he pulls me closer. Wrapping my hands around his neck I join our lips in a passionate kiss. He breaks off the kiss with a sigh and nestles into the crook of my neck; my hands resting on his hair.

"Someone's tense" I play with the locks of his hair as he sighs.

"I'm glad they like you, us" he starts emphasising the last word.

"There was no need to worry" he continues grabbing one of my hands that was resting on one of his shoulders.

"That's an understatement" I snorted as he pouted once more.

"But it is a weight off my shoulder" he sighed again as I stroked his cheek.

"Thanks for being here" he says lowering his head shyly, I chuckle and place my fingers under his chin, lifting his eyes towards me.

"That's what I'm here for" I closed the gap between us, locking our lips; his hands trailing around my torso.

CLICK!

We broke off the kiss and widen our eyes at the sound. I turn around to see the rest of Monsta X huddled together around Kinhyun-hyung, who's holding a polaroid camera. It takes us both a few seconds to comprehend what was happening, His hands were still wrapped around me.

"GET A ROOM LOVE BIRDS" Jooheon laughed.

"Omg look how cute". Kinhyun-hyung cooed as he pointed at the developing photo.

"HYUNG GET BACK HERE" Changkyun was deep red but still ran to chase down his hyung, that laughed maniacally like the rest as he ran.

"ITS FOR THE SCRAPBOOK" he shouted as we all laughed harder.
