Human

that is all that I am

Humans make mistakes

and have imperfections

we are told nobody is perfect

But are then expected to be able to reach perfection

How is that fair?

To expect us to do or be the impossible

We all have faults, insecurities, and flaws

So why expect more from us than we can give?

Do they know how much it huts us?

Suicide rates and expectations rising

They wonder why

They don't see the consequences

Of high expectations, ignorance, and hate

Constant bullying that is not being stopped

Prejudice of gender, sexuality or race

Classes harder than kids can handle

They are expecting to much, much more then we can give

Full of imperfections, faults, flaws, and insecurities

Instead of expecting perfect

Expect that we will give the best that we can

Human

That is all we are
