No.
My alarm was going off. I groaned, punching it before I realized. I'm at Hogwarts! I bolted out of bed, rushing to the shower, just stopping long enough to grab my towel on my way. I took a thorough shower, shaving, washing my hair well, and lathering up in my favorite body wash. When I was done, I felt clean.
"Lettie?" Padma groaned, knocking on the door. "It's only six! We have three hours till lessons!"
"I know! Just go back to sleep, and I'll set you an alarm when I leave. Seven thirty?"
"That's good." Padma nodded, yawning. I nodded as well, walking out, towel clad, to get my robes. "What're you wearing today? We don't have to wear the uniform every day, but we have to have our robes."
"Probably a muggle outfit with my robes fastened over the top." I shrugged, crossing to my trunk. She nodded, flopping onto my bed. I opened my trunk, picking out my outfit. I chose a black sweatshirt that said 'Wilder Than You Think' in white, jeans, and my black docs. Yesterday I wore the white ones, I have all sorts of them. I usually where docs, converse, or occasionally vans.
I brushed my teeth, used my wand to curls the tips of my hair, and put on light makeup. I put my wand in my back pocket, heading straight for the alarm. I smirked to myself, charming it so it would definitely wake them up. I whispered to it, but it'll yell what I say when it reaches the set time. 'Padma, wake up lazy, just kidding! I love you, but I plan on leaving you a message every morning. Mwah!' I made a kissy noise, giggling before I waved my wand.
"Okay." I muttered to myself, grabbing my bag with my school books. The library. I'd have to look up old, old books. I need a magic dictionary too. I bit my lip, hoping beyond hope that it wouldn't be in the restricted section.. No teacher would be dumb enough to sign a first year a restricted pass. I closed the door gently behind me, trying to remember the way from my common room to the library...
"Oi!" I spun around, smiling when Cho ran up. "Glad I'm not the only morning riser." She grinned, nudging me. I returned it, nodding. "So, I have to hold tryouts- but I'm sure you'll be great! This Saturday, so don't get detention." She warned, I laughed.
"Who would I get detention from?" I snorted, rolling my eyes teasingly.
"Snape?" She offered, shrugging. I smirked.
"You mean Uncle Sev?" Her jaw dropped as she turned to me, and I laughed. "He's not really my uncle. He's my godfather." I whispered now, my smile slipping from my face as my heart dropped.
"Hey, you okay?" She put a hand on my shoulder, and I nodded, shrugging my feelings away. I'll deal with them on my own time. "Okay, if your sure, but let me know if you need anything!"
"I will. Hey, what comes first, the Great Hall or the library?"
"Great Hall, why?"
"I need to run to the library, so if that's the case, I'll grab something quick and get my schedule then head that way." I nodded more to myself, Cho smiled.
"Don't get me wrong, I couldn't be more happy you're in our house, but honestly- I would've pictured you in Gryffindor." We both smirked at each other, then burst out laughing. She shoved me teasingly as we walked into the hall, and I shoved her back.
"Hey Lettie!" Harry waved, grinning from ear to ear. I smiled, waving back at him, and Cho blushed.
"What?" I smirked, she shook her head.
"You're friends with Harry, as in, Harry Potter?"
"Dunno. Hang on." I shrugged, then looked away. "Oi, Harry!"
