"OMG DOM!" Doms mum said and ran into the room to give him a ginormous hug. "Hey mum….." Dom replied. "I mished you show much my wittle spunky monkey!" She added as though she was talking to a five year old. "Mum… please! We have a visitor." Dom replied. "Oh yes! We do, come here Amelia!" She added, then walked over to me and pulled me into the hug. "Sorry about this…" Dom whispered into my ear. "All good." I whispered back. And somehow, after what happened at the park, it wasn’t the slightest bit awkward.
Doms mum broke the hug about ten minutes after we started! I just left Doms place then and now I am home. "Hey mum!" I yelled out. "HI AMELIA!" I heard her yell out over the top of the vacuum. I walked inside and I found my mum vacuuming and my sister cooking again. "Hey Amelia!" My sister said, then came up and gave me hug. I returned the hug a bit but then I realized. "What are you doing?" I asked her, exiting the hug. "Awww, come back here Amelia! Can't a big sister hug her little one every once and a while?" She asked and stepped towards me. "umm, that was the first time you have EVER hugged me! And um do you want something?" I responded and backed away. "Yeah, umm I guess it was…. Oh and yeah, I need 100 bucks." She replied. "WHAT THE HELL?!" I yelled. "Well, I broke my car and I need to fix it, mum won’t give me the money because I broke it. So… please?" She added. "Ang, as much as I love you….. NO F***ING WAY!" I yelled and walked up stairs to my room. I slammed my door shut, jumped onto my bed and burst into laughter. What does she think I am? A money tree? I wish.. .haha. Sisters *facepalm*
I picked up my phone and checked twitter. No new messages but 3 new followers, yay. *Beep Beep, 1 new message* I logged off of twitter and went into my messages. Argh its from Mum.
Mum:
"Hi darling! I just left the house! I'm having a girls night out! Oh and your sister is coming with me! Enjoy the peace and quiet, be back tomorrow some time! I love you sweetheart!
Me:
Ok mum whatever you say, I love you too.
This will be fun. I walked out to the kitchen and noticed a $50 dollar note on the bench. Must be to pay for dinner and stuff. Its only about 5:30 so maybe I will just go over to Dom's for now. I walked over to Dom's and luckily, he was home. *knock knock* "WHO IS IT!" I heard him yell out. "AMELIA!" I yelled back and a few of the people walking down his street looked. "OK! COME IN!" He replied. I opened the door and he wasn’t in the lounge room, so he must be in his bedroom. I climbed up the stairs and music was playing VERY loud. I knocked on his bedroom door, no answer, knocked again, no answer, knocked again, the door opened. "Hey Dom." I said and he turned the music down. "Hi Amelia, your family out too?" He asked. "Yeah…." I replied. "Well, you can stay here for dinner if you want." He offered. "Yeah, that would be nice. Thanks." I replied, "I have $50, if we are getting take away." "Well, I was thinking we could go to the movies, then go get pizza or something… "He added shyly. "Yeah… that would be even better." I replied, "what movies are showing at the moment?" "I'm not sure, I guess we'll just see when we get there." He answered, "well I'm going to get changed, so if you want you could go home and get changed too, then just meet me in town. Its only a 5 minute walk." "Yeah, ok. I will meet you at the cinemas in about half an hour to an hour. Or you can just call me, or whatever." I added. "Yeah, okay. See you later." He replied. "Bye Dom!" I cooed as started walking down the stairs. "BYE!" He yelled back.
I walked back home and when I opened the front door, without unlocking it, I realized I didn’t even lock it. I ran inside and luckily all of our "big ticket" items, were still there. I tip toed up to my room and there was no sign of any robbers. Maybe I'm just overreacting. I opened up my cupboard, what to wear, what to wear. I ended up putting on my blue dress, some flats and I straightened my hair. What? It was hot.
**Half an hour later**
I locked the front door and started to walk towards town. When I arrived at the cinemas Dom was already waiting out the front.
