The following day, Minho ended up walking towards the field. He was somehow worried for Jiwoo.

He hasn't seen her the whole day and she hasn't been replying to any of his texts.

That wasn't some normal yelling because Minho has heard that before and that's mainly the reason why he left the house.

He eyed the field and found no sign of Song Jiwoo. But he spotted someone who can help.

"Yeeun," He calls out.

Jang Yeeun, who was the same age as him stopped whatever she was doing as Minho walked towards her, "Wow. Is this real? Lee Minho is actually talking to me?! In school?"

Minho rolled his eyes at her, "Have you seen Jiwoo? Was she at practice today?"

"Why do you care?"

"Just answer the question, Yeeun."

Yeeun crossed her arms over her chest, "If I say no would you stay a bit longer to wait for her?"

The boy looked at his watch, 4:35pm. He knew she's never late for practice.

"Thanks but no thanks," Minho says looking at girl, "If she ever comes by, tell her I'm looking for her."

Yeeun sighs. She didn't want to tell him since its considered as helping, but no matter how much she hates Minho, she still cares for him. "She's absent today. She's sick or something,"

Minho squinted his eyes at her, "You're not lying are you?"

"Why would I lie? You're the only who does that."

Ouch. "Look, if you're still mad about the -"

"I'm not, okay?" Both of them heard the coach whistle from behind. "Look, Minho, it's been a busy day and I don't have time to deal with you right now."

Minho watches as Yeeun ran away from him, joining her fellow teammates. He would be in-denial if he says he doesn't care about her anymore. After all, he is his half sister.

Minho knocked three times before the door opened revealing an old man who appears to be drunk.

"Uhm, sir? I'm looking for Jiwoo, I'm her classmate."

"Jiwoo?" The man grunted, scratching his belly, "I don't know any Jiwoo."

"Uh, Song Jiwoo? You're her dad, right?"

Before the man could answer, Jiwoo appeared behind him, "Minho, what are you doing here?"

The old man turned towards her, "You know this boy?"

"Yeah, he's a friend from school,"

"You better not let your dad see him," He mutters as he walks back into the leaving room, his shorts almost falling down.

Jiwoo walked out, closing the door behind as she drags Minho a few blocks away, "What are you doing here?"

"I got worried since we heard some yelling last night and I wanted to make sure you were okay." Minho answers as quick as possible.

Jiwoo sighs, pinching the bridge of her nose, "You're lucky it wasn't dad you met on the front door or else you wouldn't be able to walk anymore."

"I'm sorry," He apologizes, putting his hands on his pocket when he realized something. "Shit."

"What?"

"My keys," Minho started to panic as he checks each of his pockets. "I must have dropped it -"

He looked towards Jiwoo's house and saw someone walking in, holding plastic bag full of soju. that must be her dad.

"Minho, where'd you drop it?!" Jiwoo asked, helping him search.

Minho gulped, "Might've been outside your house."

Jiwoo stands up, finally spotting her dad's car parked outside the garage, "You've gotta be kidding me."
