Knock! Knock!

A woman in her 40s opened the door and found her son with his forehead exposed.

"Minho!" She pulled him in for a hug. "I knew you'd come home! Yeeun said you wouldn't be going. I never believed her because I knew you'd show up!"

Minho smiles, returning the hug, "I'm glad I came here too."

She welcomed him into the house. The table was already set for their Christmas dinner, and a plate was set up for Minho as well.

"Yeeun, come down now, we're having -"

His father stopped at the sight of Minho standing in his living room, "Y-you're home!"

"Hi, dad."

The father ruffles his son's hair as he reminisces the times they used to play together outside their balcony, "You're all grown up."

All Minho could do was smile. He missed this, he missed home.

"I haven't touched anything," Yeeun says, standing at the door. Minho walked inside of his room and found everything still in place.

"Are they still fighting?" Minho asked, holding one of his action figures.

Yeeun bit her lip, "You know he didn't mean to do that to you."

"Yet he never apologized."

"Minho, dad just want what's best for you."

"Yeah, right. By pushing me to take a course I don't even like," Minho vents out. "Did you know I had to beg the administration to change my course because dad already talked to the principal?"

"Good thing they agreed -"

"I kneeled, Yeeun! Then when I came home, dad was furious."

"I remember." Yeeun whispers, "That was the day you left."

Minho opened his closet, some of his clothes were still there. "I had enough of the pressure. It was suffocating."

"So you're not coming back?"

"I talked to mom and she talked to dad. They said its okay if I stay in the dorms," He explains to his sister. "As long as I let him see that I chose the right path."

Yeeun frowns, "But you're still not coming back."

"Yeeun," Minho knew she had her own issues. Their dad left her when she was still a baby and when her mom died, she searched for him. That's how she ended up with them.

Minho was protective of her when they were still kids but when they grew up, he couldn't tolerate her attitude.

"You'll leave again." She furrowed her eyebrows. "That's what you all do."

Minho sighs, "You'll be okay here."

"No! I know you won't come home again after this. So, do I have to use Jiwoo to let you come back?!"

"What?" Minho stopped in his tracks. He was about to reach for the family picture. "What did you just say?"

Yeeun was quiet. She just wanted a complete family for Christmas and that's the reason why she used Jiwoo's name to ask him to come back.

"You planned all of this?" Minho's voice became stern. He was getting mad. "Jiwoo never talked to them. You just said that. You lied to me and you know how much I hate lying -"

"Minho, please, I didn't mean to - I'm sorry -"

She tried pulling him back since he was about to leave.

"I blamed her, I blamed her for everything!" He exclaims, removing Yeeun's hold. "And now I need to find her."
