"Are you sure you're ready for this?" Sweet Pea asked, and Fallon swallowed back the now near constant lump in her throat, hardening her expression. "Yeah." She said, her voice barely above a whisper.
She stood and walked over to stand beside Jughead, swallowing hard as he cleared his throat, and the congregation of Serpents quieting, many looking confused, far more looking concerned.
"Alright," He spoke in a heavy voice, "Unfortunately I have some bad news for everyone."
"I'm sure that some of you have already heard, but last night, around 3:15 a.m., we lost Dixie in a bike crash while being pursued by a group of Calaveras. She's gone."
At this, gasps, mournful cries, and angry shouts arose, and Fallon held up a hand, the eyes turning to her. "Dallas was also injured in the crash, and is recovering at Riverdale General. Please take the time to visit her if you can, she needs to lean on us right now."
Fallon folded her arms tightly against her chest, the sound of Jughead's voice fading out as a hot tear wormed it's way out of her eye, sliding shamefully down her cheek. She hated crying, and she hated it even more when she knew she should be the stong for her club.
"...Be on the lookout at all times." Jughead finished, and the air felt absolutely crushing with sadness as the Serpents murmured quietly in agreement. Fallon let a shaky breath outwards, and Jughead turned to look at her, his brow furrowed. "You okay, munchkin?"
Fallon flinched, her heart aching. "What do you think?" She snapped, and she was surprised to feel a hand on her shoulder. "Fallon, look at me."
Hesitantly she did, and was surprised to find Jughead's eyes teary. "I'm sorry," He said, "I know we haven't been on good terms lately, but I know we both want what's best for the club. I know you've been a Serpent longer than me, and you know more about this MC than I ever will. So...I'm gonna listen to you. Please forgive me, Fallon."
Wordlessly, she wrapped him in a hug, which he returned gratefully. "I forgive you, dumbass." She sniffled, which drew a wry laugh from him. "Now," She said, "Let's get this club back to where it belongs - the top."

Dallas woke from her nap slowly, head and body aching. She'd been in the hospital for two days, and she had never felt so fogged over. She remembered the ambulance ride, the sirens, Fallon's face tight with worry as Jughead talked in a hushed voice to the doctors.
She slowly and painfully rolled onto her back, and was surprised to see Fallon standing in the doorway, roses in a mason jar in her hands. Dallas felt a lump in her throat form, and hot tears formed in her already swollen eyes.
"Oh, honey..." Fallon sighed, setting the flowers on the nightstand, settling down on the chair beside her. "Is Dixie okay? Can I see her?" Dallas asked, and Fallon went silent.
"Fallon?" Dallas asked again, and Fallon let out a heavy sigh.
"Dally...Dixie was pronounced DOA by the medics at the scene. She didn't even make it to the hospital."
Dallas let out a heavy sob as she felt like she'd just taken a punch to the gut. Fallon crushed her in a hug, letting Dallas cry into her shoulder, wetting Fallon's leather with bitter tears. "I'm so sorry, sugar..." Fallon said, her voice unsteady as Dallas cried. "I'm so sorry."
"Is there anything I can do?" Fallon asked as Dallas's sobs subsided from cries to hiccups.
"Go," said Dallas bitterly. "Go find them. Kill them all. They killed Dixie and they're gonna pay for it."
She rolled back onto her side, turning her back to Fallon with a pained groan. Fallon stood quietly, walking back out of the room to find Sweet Pea leaning against the wall, looking rather concerned.
"What's going on?" He asked, and Fallon sighed as he slung his arm comfortingly around her shoulders. "Turns out Dallas didn't even know Dixie was killed. She thought she was hurt, but alive." Sweet Pea let out a quiet grumble, Fallon winding her arm around his lower back. "Yeah. She wants every single Calavera dead."
"She should." Her fiance replied sadly, "I know how she feels."
"What do you mean?" Fallon questioned, and Sweet Pea took a short breath in. "When I thought...when I thought you were dead. Both times. I wanted every single Ghoulie dead, and then every single Northsider. It eats you from the inside out."
"I won't make you go through that again. I promise." Fallon said, holding onto him tighter, and he let out a wry chuckle. "Thanks, Blue Eyes. Glad to hear it."
