My lungs were on fire as i ran through the forest. The adrenalin pumping through my blood was like fire, even through my arm had a big gash in it and the stickily red was seeping through my blue hoddy i could feel no pain.

Just as i was getting in to a steady rhythm i hear a crunching behind me. They have caught up. With an unknown amount of more energy i start pushing myself harder and harder. Even though i know i was running much faster than an average human i could still hear the intruder closing in with ever crunch. Just as the intruder was about a couple seconds from catching me i quickly dodged to the left slightly clipping my side on a branch.

As i had hopped the opposing threat tried to do the same but came to a halt only inches remaining between their nose and the solid trunk of the tree. As i continued running i thought of what i knew about this new treat. Not much by what this intruder had worn- black jacket , black track pants and dull grey runners was all i could catch from the slight glances i passed their way. So far i was at a dead end i didn't even know what their motive was all i knew was they were to harm to me and thats all i needed. A fierce heated emotion came over me that i soon recognized as anger mixed with guilt as i thought of what happened earlier tonight. Tears burned in my eyes and threatened to fall i pushed them back finally seeing a clearing in the forest up ahead.
