Chapter 10 || meet my girlfriend

(Next few parts will be short because I have to also work on my instagram au story and I have a edit page😪, also they're seniors in college. Idc if the age is wrong or anything.🤷‍♀️)

J U G H E A D   J O N E S

I woke up and saw Betty still sleeping. I smiled because she said she would be my girlfriend. I got up and brushed my teeth and was dancing around. When I was done I checked the time.
"Oh shït!" It was 7:00 which only gives us 10 minutes to get ready because it's a twenty minute walk.
"Betty! Betty!"
"Yeah?" She started waking up.
"Come on we're going to be late."
"What time is it?"
"7:02 now."
"We have to be at school at 7:30"
"Um twenty minute walk ma'am!"
"Oh." She hurried up.
"Here's a extra toothbrush."
She looked at it. "Why do you have a toddler toothbrush?"
"I don't know honestly, but no time hurry."
At this point I was ready.
"Juugggg, I don't have clothes."
"Ummm you can wear mine."she shrugged her shoulders. When I was grabbing the smallest clothes I had I heard her telling Veronica to bring some of her own clothes.
"Beats the purpose for these."
"No, just give it," She started changing right in front of me, "Veronica doesn't have a class til like 8:40 today."
When she was done we ran for a few minutes but Betty said we should just walk so we won't be all sweaty.

B E T T Y C O O P E R

Ik was 8:35 and Veronica texted me to meet her at the locker room.
She gave me ripped jeans, a white tank top, and some white heels. She also had a mini denim backpack.
"So how was your date?" I asked her while I was changing.
"It was great b, and get this," I looked at her.
"He told me he loved me."
"Omg Ron, that's wonderful." I sat down to put on my shoes.
"I know." She had a really big smile.
"You did say it back right?"
"Of course."
I started putting jugs clothes in my backpack and Veronica glared at me. "What?"
"Did my little flower bloom?" She winked at me.
"Omg no Veronica," I laughed, "we just talked and I helped him unpack."
"Mhmm."
I laughed again, "He's jealous though."
"Of what?" She looked at me concerned.
"Of you and arch," She was shocked, at this point we're heading to our next class. "He's says it's just cause Archie doesn't help around the house or at least used to."
"Omg."
"Yeah, But I told him I wanted to be his girlfriend."
"Ouuu, what happened?"
"We were falling asleep... actually now that I think about it we haven't really talked about it yet."
"Oh."
"Yeah."

~End of the day~

"See ya at home?" I asked Veronica
"Yeah."
"Love ya." She said walking away.
"Love you toooo." I turned and blew kisses at her.

I saw Jughead talking to that same girl from yesterday. I got jealous again but I took a deep breathe and walked over to them.
"Hi Jug."
"Hey Betts." He wrapped his arm around my waist.
"Toni this is Betty, betty this is Toni."
"Hi."
"Hi." I gave her a hug. She was in shock.
"Same thing she did to me first time we met and we didn't even know each other's name." He said to her and we laughed.
"So your the famous Betty." I looked at her confused. "Yeah Jughead won't stop talking about you." She laughed and I smiled at him. "He always goes on abou-"
"Okay let me just stop you right there." I gave him a glare because I wanted to know.
"Alright Toni catch you later?"
"Yeah, nice meeting you Betty."
"You too."

"So who exactly was that."
He smirked, "my ex." I looked at him in shock and almost anger.
"I hugged your ex?"
"No," he laughed, "someone's a little jealous are we now." He poked my nose.
"No, I'm not a baby."
"Your my baby now." He gave me a kiss.
"Can you not say that it makes me cringe."
"Okay Betty."
"But seriously who was that."
"Friend from back home, me and Archie have been friends with her since we were little."
"Oh, ever had a crush on her."
He laughed and looked down, "Betty I sure do think your jealous." He started tickling me and I tried to run and get out of his grasp but I tripped. I caught myself but I sprained my ankle.

"Oh my goodness Betty, why were you trying to run in heels?" He started laughing.
"It's not funny juggie, it hurts."
"Okay okay, sit right here on this bench."
I sat down and he took my shoes off. My ankle was purple and was starting to get swollen. He turned around and told me to try and jump on his back.
"What no."
"Come on betty we don't have time for this, you need ice on that asap."
"Ugh, fine." I jumped on his back and started playing with his hair to distract me from my ankle.
"You big baby." I rolled my eyes.

We walked in and he sat me down gently on the couch. He went and got ice cubes and put them in a bag then in a wet towel. I laughed.
"Trust me, it's more comfortable then a bag of ice directly on your skin."
"How do you know so much about injuries?"
"I've been playing basketball since the seventh grade. I've had many injuries." I smiled.
"So are we going to talk about us?"
"There's nothing to talk about." He stood up getting something to eat. I was shocked. "People aren't like so like we're in a relationship now hehe." He said pretending he was pulling his hair back. I threw a pillow at him. "Heeyyyy, watch it those are new throw pillows woman." He sat down and gave me a bag of chips. "We're together and I'm the happiest man alive." he said giving me a kiss. I smiled, "not very talkative huh?" He said tickling me.
"No no, I'm- sor- ry I'm sorryyyy." He wouldn't stop.
"Ow ow ow Jug please my ankle." He instantly stopped.
"I'm sorry." I laughed and got on his lap.
"It's so easy to get you Jug." He smiled and I kissed him.
I continued to cuddle on his lap and we watched a movie.

When I woke up it was 7. I got my stuff together and wrote Jughead a small note and put it on his bed....

Hey jug, I think I should probably go to my home tonight lol. See you tomorrow.

I walked back to my car and I couldn't stop thinking about Jughead. I kept smiling and I'm sure I looked like a idiot or something.

V E R O N I C A      L O D G E

I was getting worried because I haven't heard from Betty almost all day. I wonder if this is how she felt with me being with Archie all the time. I don't like it. I love Betty and Archie. I wish we would start hanging out together. I was sitting at the kitchen bar (idk... the things that have the stools and stuff I'm not sure what they are actually called) on my phone when I heard Betty come in.
"What are you smiling about missy." I asked her giving a smirk.
"Oh nothing." she got a bottle of water.
"Miss cooper has a boyfriend she may be in loovveeee."
"What no v it's way to early." She laughed sitting down.
"What's that you told me Love is love or was it if your in love your in love that's it that's what you said." She rolled her eyes.
"I'll know when I'm for sure in love with him Veronica. I'll be sure to tell you first." She smiled.
"Okay!"
We cooked dinner and just talked about different stuff. We both had much fun.
