~Chapter 6~ a glitch?

Logan's pov, a week later

I'd gotten significantly better over a week's time, which seems odd, and no one seems to remember anything  except for Virgil but he doesn't speak about it. something is off. and one of those things is where Remus has gone. Or has he even been around at all? We all know about intrusive thoughts, but I hadn't seen him around the mindscape ever since I ventured into Romans area. Yes I admit to going there, and I do deeply regret it. it's where I found that thing. But ever since I went there I haven't seen him at all and whenever I asked Roman about it, he looked at me confused, and just said that I must be having delusions or something. Maybe I'll ask about it again.

I walk downstairs, and immediately go to the kitchen making myself a coffee, and then sitting down next to Roman, watching a film. unsurprisingly it was a Disney movie. I pick up the remote and pause the movie, Roman made.. what would best be described as an offended prince noise, and I put the remote down as I looked at him.

"Everytime I ask about your brother, you just say I'm having hallucinations. which I would not have because I'm not a schizophrenic. would you mind explaining why you believe this?"

"Woah Woah Logan, slow down. What are you talkin about?"

"I asked you why you think I'm just having hallucinations ,because I distinctly remember your brother tormenting us, and making all of us incredibly uncomfortable, and hitting you with a mace. Care to elaborate?"

"Logan, I don't have a brother."

I.. what? There's no way he doesn't have a brother! I remember all of that very well  maybe I should probably ask the others about it, Romans probably pranking me. He always does this!

I just simply got up and walked away, will Roman looked insanely confused. part of me told me he wasn't pranking me or faking it, but I just couldn't find another answer to it. After sometime I found Patton. I gave him a tap on the shoulder.

"Yes?"

"Um, Patton, say.. do you remember the Duke?"

"Doesn't ring a bell logey."

"intrusive thoughts? Remus? Roman's brother?"

" first two... nope. Still nothing. and I didn't know Roman had a brother! I want to meet him! Can you let me meet him later?"

I simply walked away again without a response. something was definitely wrong. Virgil just honestly became mute after a while, so I don't know if you would even talk to me.. what about deceit? he is his partner, I'm guessing so maybe he would remember him? Hopefully. I would hate even Remus to get forgotten, it's the worst death of a side, and is the most excruciatingly painful. I hurry to the darkside's area, hoping that I can at least get sense from somebody, but.. there is no door that would normally lead there. I.. I look around more for it but it just seems to be gone.
