When I woke up the next morning, the small amount of space that was between Shayne and I had pretty much become nonexistent. I was warm, but not normal warm. Like, cuddled up with your man in front of a fire warm. But this wasn't my man, and there was no fire. Here I laid with Shayne Topp, his arms encircled around me. My body pressed against his and his head laid on top of mine. You could probably confuse us for a couple, but no. We were far from that.

"Shit." I heard Shayne sort of mumble, and move around. I rubbed my eyes, looking up at him a bit confused. "Sorry, we must have at some point gotten like that in our sleep." He said, sitting up and stretching his arms. I chuckled slightly, sitting up myself and yawning. "It's okay, I'm not gonna say I didn't sleep good. Thanks, again. You really didn't have to do all of that for me."

"Ah, I don't mind. I've got nothing better to do than to cheer up a pretty girl." He flashed me a grin, before throwing the blanket off of him and standing up to head to the bathroom. I watched him leave, letting out a small sigh. Shayne really was going to be the death of me. I've slowly began to notice whenever I'm around him my heart pounds just a little faster. And my stomach just tangles up the slightest bit. What was he doing to me?

I'll figure it out later. I need to feed the cats. I finally crawled out of the bed, and the two little kitties found there way into the room and began circling around my legs. "Hi babies!" I smiled, kneeling down and petting both the beautiful furballs. They followed me out to where their bowls were, and meowed happily as I poured in the food.

"Y/n!" I heard Shayne yell across the house, making me nearly drop the food. "What?" I yelled back, putting the food up and walking back to my room. He stood at the end of the bed with his phone pressed against his ear, and a large smile on his face. "Okay! We will be down there soon. Thanks." He hung up, then looked at me. "S/n woke up during the night, she's feeling a lot better. Wanna go-" "I gotta get dressed!" I gasped, rushing to my closet. I heard Shayne chuckle, and step out. "I'll just borrow some of Damien's clothes." "Okay, meet back up in the living room and we can go!"

~~~
"S/N!!" I sobbed out, hugging onto my sister who only laughed in response. "I'm okay, Y/n." She said, patting the top of my head. I sat back, pouting slightly then barely smacking the top of her hand. "What the hell is wrong with you! You know you shouldn't be doing things like showering when Damien and I aren't home! You're lucky it was just a simple bump and scrape."
"Well, I know. I just...miss being able to do things on my own. And now my recovery is gonna extend to about two months longer. But I've learned my lesson now. What about you? Is your arm okay?"
"Yeah, just a small bruise."
"Woah, what happened to your arm?" Shayne asked, confusion on his face. Damien seemed rather confused himself. "I had to bust down the bathroom door because she locked it. And I came close to fracturing my arm but only bruised it pretty bad." I rolled up my shirt sleeve, to reveal the rather large purple and blue bruise. Shayne rushed over, looking at it. "Are you sure its fine? Maybe you should get it checked out. That looks really bad."
"Yeah, you might need an x-ray."
"It would be best to make sure."
"Okay okay! All of you can't lecture me at once!" I huffed, crossing my arms. Not like it hurt that much, it was honestly just a little numb. Hm. That's good, right?
"Well, that explains why I couldn't latch the bathroom door this morning. Why did you have it locked?" All of our attention went to my sister, who laughed slightly.
"It's dumb, but I have a small fear that if I'm home alone robbers might break in and if I'm in the shower it'll give me time to like at least get dressed before I'm shot."
