Something felt wrong.

The colored-haired boy felt like something had changed, cuddling the girl he loved. She was tense and uncomfortable. The boy looked at the clock, it was nearing 1.30 am. They had just finished watching a movie and now they were cuddling staring into the nothingness. He knew something was wrong, he had to confront her about it. It was now or never.

"What's wrong, babe?" he asked the girl sweetly.

She hesitated, looked into his eyes. "What do you mean?" she asked.

"Something's off, I have a weird feeling that you are different, in someway." he replied, looking down at her.

"I'm the same as always." she replied, breaking eye-contact, shifting slightly, then stared blankly at the floor. The coloured-haired boy knew she wasn't telling him the truth.

"Are you sure? You can tell me anything." he asked seriously. He still insisted something was wrong.

"Are you suggesting that I'm lying to you?" she snapped at him.

"I didn't mean it like that..." he answered, "look I'm sorry, forgive me?"

"I'll forgive you." she answered him, he started to lean in. They kissed, but the girl was holding back.

The girl couldn't take it anymore, she untangled herself from the boy. She put her head in her hands and started crying uncontrollably. The boy sat up and put a hand around her shoulder, rubbing her with his hand. She only pushed him back, and cried a little more.

"I-I'm s-so sorr-y. I-I-I didn't me-mean to-to." she managed to say through her hiccuping and crying. " I-I just mi-missed you, y-you were a-away on-on t-tour... a-and he-he was th-there."

The boy just looked at her, unable to comprehend what just happened.

"Nothing happened, right? Sweetheart?" he asked, afraid of her answer.

She took a deep breath, looked at her floor while tears were rolling down her face. "I just needed attention, it didn't mean anything. You know I wouldn't do anything to hurt you." she said quietly.

The boy's eyes watered. He stood up, heading for the door.

"Ple-please do-don't l-leave m-me," she cried taking the boy's hands, looking into his teary eyes, she murmurs "I-I lo-love y-you."

The boy was crying as well, "We. are. over." He took a deep breath. He forcefully pulled his hands away.

"Don't call me." He said with no emotion in his voice and slammed the door.

The girl fell to the floor, she curled up into a ball and hugged her legs.

"Please don't leave me, Michael." she whispered.
