𝙼𝚘𝚗𝚍𝚊𝚢, 𝙾𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚋𝚎𝚛 𝟸𝟹, 𝟷𝟿𝟾𝟿

   𝓐 little more red lipstick is all Blossom put on as far as makeup goes. She wasn't one for looking too glamorous. Blossom wore a baby blue crop top with a small red heart, dark blue shorts, a full rhinestone belt, and her black Doc Martens. She hadn't bothered to mess with her hair, other than ruffle it a bit and leave her natural waves.

   "Hey Bloss?" Liri called out to her.

   "Yeah?"

   "You almost done? 'ey said we're on in five minutes," Liri managed to say as she was carefully applying mascara.

   "Oh, uh uh! Honey I still have to do my makeup!" Poppy frantically said as she struggled to grab her makeup items.

   "You look lovely just how you are, Pops." Blossom assured.

"No time for compliments! Please help me put some makeup on!" Poppy sighed. Blossom rolled her eyes and got up slowly.

"Come on, Bloss!"

"Jeez. I'm going,"

Liri picked up their instruments just as there was a knock on the door.

"Girls get to the stage." The voice sternly commanded.

"No!" Poppy whispered as she and Blossom only got to apply some lipstick and mascara.

"Alright!" Liri shouted back. Liri threw the drumsticks at Poppy and handed the guitar to Blossom as she held her bass guitar.

Walking down the hallway, Poppy hit her drumsticks against the walls while Liri and Blossom laughed at some joke. Suddenly, Blossom remembered that she had forgotten to put a bandaid over her cut. She immediately stopped laughing and her face drained.

"What's wrong?" Liri seemed to notice.

Blossom tried to quickly think of a coverup.

"I guess I'm just nervous to be playing in another country. What if they don't like us?"

"Come on, Blossom. You're never nervous. What's going on now? Plus, they're the ones who paid for the tickets. Their faults, not ours. They'll love us...hopefully." Poppy assured as she continued to use the walls as her drums.

"I don't know." Blossom sighed.

"We've played for more people than this. Hell, maybe twice this size." Liri spoke as she looked at the fans. Today they were opening up for Nirvana at Riverside in Newcastle upon Tyne.
