It was just a normal day. My best friend, Ashley, and I were walking downtown after another long day of tiring professors and mounts of work.

I walked slowly, observing the people passing nearby. It's a habit I had gotten into while walking on and off of the campus. I noticed one person in particular that made my heart jump.

HOLY SHIT! ITS NOAH SCHNAPP!

I instantly felt my face get hot as I smiled uncontrollably.

"Um y/n," Ashley said, poking me. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, completely fine. Hey, you know what, we should probably speed up a bit, you know, if we want to beat rush hour for dinner," I ranted, laughing nervously. I tugged Ashley's arm, making her speed up a little. I glanced at Noah.

"Y/n, I don't think you're okay. You only get like this when—" she explained, following my gaze.

"Oh, that's why," she smirked. "HEY NOAH!"

Noah glanced over in our direction and waved. He began walking our way.

"Ashley what the fuck?! Holy shi— haha nope," I whisper-yelled, walking away.

Ashley grabbed my arm, pulling me back.

"Hi," Noah exclaimed, walking up to us.

I instantly put my head down, afraid to make eye contact.

OH MY FREAKING GOSH! THE NOAH SCHNAPP IS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! HOLY SHIT! OH SHIT...UM Y/N SAY SOMETHING DON'T MAKE IT AWKWARD!

I looked up, making eye contact with him for a split second. "Hi," I mumbled, laughing nervously.

"Don't mind her, she's a bit shy," Ashley added in.

He chuckled a bit. "That's cute. What's your name?"

"Y-Y/n."

"Well, y/n, see you around," he said as he flashed his million dollar smile, slipping a piece of paper in my hand.

He waved before walking away.

"Holy shit. Y/n, what did he give you? Open it! Open it!" Ashley urged.

I quickly opened the little piece of paper Noah had given me and smiled.

"Oh my gosh..." I mumbled.
