"You see no tears falling down my face, but if you look deep into my eyes, you can see them flowing from my soul." - The Wolf

It has been three months since Stefan fell under the curse of the wolf. Within that time frame Xander, Katherine and Charles had been trying to track him down so that they could save him from the curse. But they haven't had that much luck trying to find him. At one point it was the three of them with Henry out looking for him, but then Henry gave up and lost all hope of saving Stefan from the curse. On the other hand, Katherine and Xander were growing closer to each other while they were trying to save Stefan.

One warm summer evening Katherine was sitting in the middle of the field of flowers where her old grave site was located at. Katherine was thinking about the things that were before Hecate ruined it all by giving Katherine the ability to turn into the wolf. Katherine thought about Stefan, and she couldn't help but feel guilty for not saving him yet. She felt the guilt that these guys were caught up in something that started years before they showed up on Earth. Katherine let out a scream of rage as she thought that she was alone and could let herself fall apart until she heard a familiar voice come behind her.

"You wanna talk about what is going through your head, Katherine?" asked Xander while he was walking up towards her.

Katherine turned towards him and shook her head.

"Ok... Let's play the guessing game then." said Xander with a gentle smile on his perfect lips that Katherine couldn't help herself from staring at.

"I am going to guess that you feel guilty for what happened to both Stefan and Charles. Even though Charles is happy with his transformation and has been a huge help to us in hunting for food and tracking the pain in the ass Stefan. Can't ask Stefan about how he feels about his life as a wolf because of a goddess who in our opinions is an evil bitch who placed him under the same curse as you." said Xander as he inched his way closer to Katherine.

Katherine looked into his hazel eyes for a moment as she felt something in her gut. She didn't know how to explain the feeling that she was feeling in her gut as she watched Xander take another step closer to her until he was inches from her. They looked into each other's eyes for a moment until they heard Charles calling for them in the distance. Xander took a deep breath and said something under his breath before he took off towards the sound of Charles's voice. Katherine was irritated and frustrated because she had been wanting to see what would happen past that point. Every time they got to that point something, or someone was always getting in the way of them. She finally took off towards the village as well.

Katherine showed up and saw Xander and Charles talking about something. Charles instantly shut up when his brown eyes glanced over and saw Katherine staring at them. Katherine knew that they were talking about Stefan. She stormed over there demanding to know what was going on. Charles kept his mouth shut as he looked at Xander.

Xander took a deep breath and said, "We might have a trail on Stefan again after having none for the past month."

Katherine grabbed a hold of Charles and got in his face.

"Turn into a wolf and show me which way right now. Or help me God, I will beat it out of you." said Katherine in a dark tone as she pushed Charles up against a wall on one of the huts.

Charles and Xander looked at each other before Xander got Katherine off of Charles. Charles quickly triggered his transformation. He looked at Katherine who was grabbing her bow and arrows along with a spear and a knife. Katherine gently climbed onto Charles's back. She grabbed onto his thick smoky grey fur. As soon as Charles felt her grab onto him, he took off at full speed. Katherine could hear Xander yell something at them, but she couldn't make out the words at all.
