*Chapter 1*

Your parents had been in a car accident and died when you were 3 and you are now 15. you're in your 12th foster home but, your foster dad is abusive to you, your foster mom, and brother. This cause you to act up and you had been sent to juvie twice. You foster dad always bailed you out and beat you after. One day you decided to run away.

You ran for awhile and saw that you were in the woods, it was dark so you just slept there. You wake up to screaming coming from the distance, so you go check it out, you see a tall boy with brown hair yelling at some other boy who looks rich to put some ginger boy down. "Let Him Go!" the tall boy yells. "Move along mountain hobo! We got no qualms with you!" the rich boy tells him. The ginger boy yells, " NO! NO! Help me! Help me!" "I'm not gonna ask you again." What's you ground game? What? What?" the rich boy exclaimed whilst aiming to kick the tall boy in the face. Luckily pretty boy dodged it and punched richie in the face, making him fall to the ground. There is something different about him that you feel then when you're with other boys, but you don't know what it is. Alex's, Zhenzhen's, and Dariush's phone went off. Gabriel didn't have one and my foster parents never got me one. So me and he looked at each other then back at the others. "what does it say?" Gabriel said breakinf the awkward silence. "it's the emergency broadcast, all civilians are to evacuate metropolitan areas immediately. Under no circumstances approach any unknown aircraft." Alex reads. " oh my god, its the next 7-11!" Douche says unsteadily. "you mean 9-11, right?" I said hoping he was kidding. "whatever." "guys we need to get back to the vans, Anyone know the way?" Alex questions us. "i do, follow me." G says. "Everyone's gone!" shouted Alex as they got back to the water. "assholes!" screamed Dariush. "they probably got the emergency signal and headed back to camp," Alex suggested. "what the fu-" Dariush said while being interrupted by loud explosions coming from the sky. ' it looks like explosions in the upper atmosphere," said Alex. Planes zoomed acrossed the water causing everyone to step back in fear. "it's independence day," Gabrial gasped. "its june Gabriel!" shouted Dariush, "oh wait! Maybe Korea's invading. Zhenzhen call it off!" "Dariush!" y/n yelled at him in shock, whilst Zhenzhen sent him a glare. "We just need to wait here until the adults realise they left us and come back," said Alex. "oh yeah you really think they are going to come back under these circumstances!" you snapped. "oh man what if they never come back? Dariush asked causing all the teens to look over at what hes looking at. "gone down mountains. They left us!" yelled Dariush. "not all of them!" you see some guy laying on a picnic table. "Huh? it's heavy metal conrad! Yo is he dead?" dariush asked looking at the man on the table. " he's breathing. Must of slept through the evacuation." said Gabrial. I opened it and drank a bit, then Zhenzhen taped my shoulder and I gave it top her and she took a drink then handed it back to me and I threw it. "i don't think that...that was milk," Dariush said and I just rolled my eyes.
