Hello as you can see my name is Fei means flight or dance in the air. I am 13 years old and I live in the southern water tribe with my friends Katara, Sokka and their grandmother Kanna or as she likes to be told GranGran. My father used to tell me stories about my people the air nomads and how the avatar disappeared. My grandfather managed to save my father by sending him to the southern water tribe where he met my mother Ann, friend of Kya, mother of Katara and Sokka and married. My father and mother died in the raids that made the fire nation in the villages when I was 7 years old. A year later, Kya, mother of my friends, dies when invaders attack the tribe.

I still dream of those days when my family was alive. You could still see the teachers in the tribe water and father would tell me and teach me the culture of air nomads. Despite the fact that my father and I had different traits to the tribe of water, they were all compressive and did not ask; I'm sure they already knew what we are and accepted us. Although we were air nomads I was not born as a bender even though grandfather and father were. Father told me that I special and my destiny is connected to a powerful bender and next to him the air nomads would bloom again.

To make that a reality I wish that the avatar somehow returns and saves the world.
