inside her home, it's dark. like most of the time. her forgetful mother forgets to pay the bills at times (and has no money to do it). birdie's mom gets busy smoking cocaine and forgetting about her daughter. when she remembers, it's not very pretty for the sixteen year old girl.
the girl's mother grabs the closest thing to her and throws it in the direction of her daughter. unluckily for birdie, it's a glassy vase. luckily, it's shatters when it comes to contact with the wall instead of head.
"why were you talking to that son of a bitch?" the mother growls out. she turns red in her fury.
the girl backs away, up the stair one by one, "mom, he talked to me. he just thinks he can now, but i didn't."
"stop walking away from here you bitch," the mom spits out.
the girl takes her chances and runs up to her room.
when she gets to her room, she grabs her spare candles and lights a couple candles. she grabs her spare sketch pad from her bookshelf and begins to draw the thing that pops in her mind. surprisingly, she begins to draw the curly hair boy with no lips or nose. it puts emphasize on his eyes only. since it's the only thing on his face.
