Jaxyn's P.O.V>

Judge: "May I ask Miss Pierce why you don't have a lawyer?"

Jax : "Because I don't need one. It doesnt take an idiot to figure out I killed him, evidence, DNA and my confession should be enough to prosecute me"

Judge: "Can you please repeat what you told officers when admitting to the murder"

Jax: "I murdered him, I stabbed him with a knife in the stomach, then the chest and then finally in the neck. I watched the light go out in his eyes and I didnt regret a second of it" I said emotionless.

Judge: "Who did you murder Miss Pierce?" The judge asked making sure I wasnt crazy and was actually aware of who I murdered.

Jax: "Mr Allen Bennet" I said.

Judge: "Why?" Oh and why I murdered him.

Jax: "He was hurting me" I said looking straight ahead, not at anything. I felt emotionless, and looked it. "He knew what he was doing wrong and he didnt care, he didnt care that he took my innocence, he didnt care of how he made me feel. He didn't give a damn as long as he was happy"

Judge: "Why didnt you tell someone?"

Jax: "What was I supposed to say? 'Oh yeah hi my uncle is abusing me, sexually, mentally and physically. I need help' Yeah somehow I think that would've went down well" I muttered.

Judge: "So instead you decided to take a knife to him"

Jax: "Think what you like, at the end of it he's dead and I'm here. Do whatever you like to me, I don't care anymore" I said bluntly.

Veronica: "Your honor" I snapped my head to see Veronica. She sent me a smile as she walked towards me.

Judge: "Mrs Donovan" The judge said.

Veronica: "My client has no idea what she's doing, I'd like a re-trial"

Judge: "You know I cant do that, she's being sentanced today end off"

Veronica came and sat back down by me. "Do you have any idea what you've done Jax?" She whispered to me.

"I have nothing to go back too. I killed him and I'm being punished" I said bluntly.

"Oh c'mon Jax, you and I both know you aren't supposed to be here. It was self defense" She said.

I turned to face her. "Do you think self defense matters to these people, I stabbed him over and over again and I don't regret any second of it, he deserved everything he had coming to him" I said. "What are you doing here anyway?"

"Trying to help you, c'mon Jaxyn your just a kid, you don't deserve this"

"I'm not a kid, I'm 19 and I killed someone. I'm not a kid" I said.

Judge: "Since your so young I don't wish to give you a life sentence, I'm sentencing you to eight years" The judge said. "You will be eligible for parole in half that time. You will be sent to fox river state penitentiary, sentence to be carried out immediately. Court dismissed"

Veronica stood up. "Your honor, that's a male prison. She's a female, she's still a child" Veronica protested.

"None of the woman's prisons will take her, she is going to Fox River" He said standing up. "In my eyes she is not a child, she's 19 years old and murdered a man in cold blood"

"Your honor, Fox River is full of men. She can't go there, it's against the rules!" Veronica protested again.

"Can you please escort Miss Sullivanto my office" The judge said to one of the officers.
