8: The First Mission

You walked through the hall to the dining room. You noticed Jack was talking to another male. He was wearing a brownish-yellow jacket wearing a mask with a frowning face. 

"Morning (Y

)" Jack looked at you. 

"Morning" You yawned rubbing your eyes. 

"So this is the new member?" The male spoke low. 

Jack nodded hiding his emotion under his mask. 

You leaned against the counter. Looking at the two males. 

"I'm Hoodie" Hoodie looked up at you. 

You nodded your head pulling your hair to the side of your neck. You listened to the two males talk to one another. You started to wonder. What was slenderman talking about? What power do you have? You started to think about your parents. Even though you hated them you still missed them. You loved being in a warm house with cleaned clothes, and fresh food. 

"(Y/n)?" Jack waved his hand trying to snap you out of your daze. 

"Huh, yes?" You looked at the two males unsure if they were talking to you. 

"Are you ready?" He stood walking towards you.

"For what?" You replied unsure of what he was planing. 

"Slenderman wants us on a mission. And you have to come with me and Jeff." Jack turned his head looking out the window. 

You rolled your eyes, not with the smiley freak. I walked towards Jack crossing my arms.

"Why do I have to go?" I tilted my head.

"Becuase Slendermand wants you to see what it's like to be one of us."  Jack looked at you through the mask. He stared into your (e/c) and like what he saw. 

You sighed "fine."
