Jack-
I walked into (Y/n)'s room seeing her sitting on her bed she was playing with her black flames. I sighed shutting the door. Walking towards her I sat on the floor in front of her. She looked up at me smiling light I nodded my head.
"Jack?" I hummed.
"What am I? Like why am I like this?" She looked at me I looked down can I tell her should I tell her? Would Slenderman mind?
"You're a demon." I looked at my hands. She was never always a demon but when she killed that boy then her powers opened all she had to do was lick human blood and she'd be a full demon that's why she doesn't look fully human.
"Why?" I looked up seeing tears in her eyes I sighed.
"Becuase, when you were little you had this power but it wasn't opened yet. But when you killed the boy it finally opened just wait till you were ready. When you went with us to hunt and you licked the blood you power successfully opened and took this form." She looked down I knew thoughts were running through her head.
"Can I ask you a question?" I looked at her she nodded her head. I sighed.
"What was it like living a normal life?" I looked at her she looked away.
"It was okay. I didn't have many friends but I did have my parents they loved me in a way they never showed it. I was able to do anything but I was always scared and afraid to do it. When I went on that camping trip I knew we'd get in trouble and I did. I killed him that boy who tried to rape me I killed him making my life a living hell but now I live here with this "power" and never able to be normal again." She started to cry I knew how she felt we all had the same thing happen to us we all turned into monsters and it changed our whole life.
I stood sitting next to her rubbing my hand onto her back. She looked at me. I sighed.
"We all went through the same thing. Lossing our family's becoming what we don't want to be." I heard her sniff I smiled under the mask.
"Jack?"
"Yes" I looked at her she looked down.
"Can I see why you wear a mask?" I jerked she wants to know why? I looked like a freak a monster why?
"No, not yet" I sighed standing up walking towards the door.
"Jack wait" I turned my head seeing her run towards me. I looked at her softly.
"What?" She turned her head slightly.
"Why can't I know why you hide behind a mask?" I looked down. I wasn't ready to tell her yet she doesn't need to know. She'll think I'm a freak and hate me forever. I don't want her to know just yet. I walked out of the room leaving her all alone. I sighed feeling stupid I should tell her soon but why am I so afraid to tell her?
Hey guys thanks for reading my book. I am so happy people like this book I know it's a bit fast but I am hoping that the next chapter will make more sense on the main character. I am hoping to finish this book before school starts so keep reading to find out what happens.
