I finally updated! Whoop whoop!

I woke up to my bed shaking. I cracked an eye open to see Ivy and Kaylee jumping on the king sized bed. I looked over to see the other side empty. James left me againg without saying goodbye.

“Momma you’re awake!” Kaylee screamed and jumped on me.

“Kaylee don’t do that it hurts,” I say while sitting up.

“Sorry,” she says looking down.

“I’m hungry mum make me food!” Ivy yells while still jumping.

“Ivy stop yelling and if you want breakfast you have to ask the correct way.” I scold. Life with children can be so hard.

“Can you please cook me some breakfast?” she asks nicer this time.

“Yes you too go down stairs while I get dressed.”

They both squealed and ran down the stairs most likely heading to the kitchen.

I slowly got up and went into the master bathroom. I was huge with a Jacuzzi in the corner and a huge class shower. Double sinks with a makeup are for me. A diamond chandelier hung above the tub that over looked the never ending woods.

The woods that I barely stepped out of. James always says that there are dangers outside and he doesn’t want me or the girls to get hurt. I could handle myself any day.

I got ready for the day and headed downstairs to cook some pancakes for my girls. They squealed when I walked into the room. I took the pancake batter out along with the measuring cups, eggs, chocolate chips, and milk. Together we made nice fluffy pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice.

“Momma why isn’t daddy around anymore?” Kaylee asked me.

“Yah, what does daddy do for work anyways?” Ivy asked. I had been wondering the same thing.

“Daddy has a very important job that requires a lot of time in the office,” I say making up the first thing that comes to mind.

“Oh” they said simultaneously.

I turn on The Little Mermaid for the girls and then went to find the housekeeper, Karen.

I ended up finding her one of the guest bedrooms dusting. “Karen?” I ask walking into the room.

“Yes dear,” she said smiling brightly.

“Could you watch the kids while I go out?” I asked.

“Honey I don’t think James wants you to leave,” she says sternly.

“I know but I can’t stay cooped up much longer!” she looked at me and sighed.

“I will watch them and keep them distracted. I won’t tell James either.”

I smiled and gave her a big hug, “Thanks so much.”

“I know, but get going and try not to make it too long. We don’t want anybody to find out.”

I nodded and ran down stairs grabbing the keys to a Ford Focus and my purse. I then ran out and made my escape.

I drove to the closets town, which was small. I saw a little consignment store and decided to take a look. It was called Pretty in Pink. I walk in to see pink and glitter everywhere.

“Welcome to Pretty in Pink can I help you find something today?” a nice sales lady asked.

“No thank you I’m just browsing,” I tell her.
