I know I am writing this on an electronic, but I am not addicted to it, like so many other people I know.

*cough cough, my sister and everyone in my class and family, cough cough*

When I ask people what they would do without Wi-Fi, or TV, or phones, I hate when they say, "Oh, I would die!' What do you think people did BEFORE electricity, huh? And when people check their Instagram FIFTY FREAKING TIMES A DAY, it drives me CRAZY! I mean, I get on Instagram at least four times a month. Maybe three. I am not addicted to it, unlike all these ZOMBIES WE ARE LIVING WITH.

We are PEOPLE, not ROBOTS.

Or have you forgotten that.

It's okay, I forget stuff too.

BUT NOT THE FACT THAT WE ARE HUMANS.

*Turns caps lock off*

Now, where were we.

Oh yeah, WE ARE HUMANS!

Ben Franklin shouldn't have discovered electricity.

Bad Ben Franklin.

And the other thing that annoys me is this:

When I first got an iPod touch (4th generation) so did everyone else. But then, everyone started dropping them down the stairs (on purpose) or running them in the sink (also on purpose) or even smashing them on the wall, and then, GUESS WHAT?

Their parents bought them new ones, JUST LIKE THAT. I mean, its like they don't even APPRECIATE the fact that their parents spent HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for their awesome iPods! And most of them dropped it by accident, or their little siblings got ahold of it, or whatever that wasn't their fault, but they still got new ones.

But the worst part is, when they broke theirs, they got the NEW GENERATION! My mom said that if I broke mine, I wasn't getting a new one unless I BOUGHT IT. So, mine doesn't have a scratch on it.

So, yeah, I have an old iPod that is never getting replaced. :(

The point is, we should interact with people around us, FACE to FACE, and be like human beings. I am not saying you shouldn't text, or shouldn't get on Instagram, or Facebook. But I am saying that you should talk with real people, or go outside or SOMETHING.

Also, please don't text and drive. It puts your life and others at risk. You know you shouldn't do it, but you still do.

Obey the law.

Rant over.
