More Than This (A Louis Tomlinson Fan-fic)

A/N: So this just popped into my head one night so I decided to share it with you guys. :) Enjoy!

Ding! My Skype beeps, a window popping up that reads "Lou_Tommo8 would like to chat with you." Louis Tomlinson & I have been best friends since we first met in Kindergarten. We did everything together-from Homework to being eachother's dates to Junior prom when we had nobody to go with. We hung out with each other nearly every day. But now I barely get to see him ever since his band, One Direction, became so popular. I haven't seen him in 4 months while he's been gone on tour. I really miss him-we've only been able to tweet each other. In fact, he's been too busy to Skype until now, I guess. I click the green "Accept" button.

We both smile instantly as soon as we see each other on screen. "Hi!" I squeal. "Hey, Auddie!" Lou says in a cheery voice. "You haven't changed at all." He tells me, grinning. I smile again. "I miss you." I sigh. "I miss you too." Louis says. "So how's tour going?" I ask. "It's been great, we've sold out every stadium! I'm kinda sad it'll all be over soon, but at least we'll be able to see eachother again." He says brightly. "Awesome! I'm so happy for you!" I cheer. "I can't wait for you to get back." I say a bit more seriously this time. "Well guess what?" He taunts. "What?" I ask. "We'll be able to see each other sooner." He says, smiling widely. "What do you mean?" I ask, excited. "Our last show is on Friday & it's in London so I put you on my guest list." Today was Saturday. Six days & we'll see each other again! "Really?!" I shriek. "That's awesome!" I shout. It really is awesome-I can't wait to see him.

*Friday Night*

I pull into the theatre's parking lot to see tons of 'Directioners' wearing T-shirts, holding signs, singing One Direction songs in the parking lot, and shouting "1D! 1D! 1D!" I giggle at them as I open my car door and walk to the front entrance. I go through the big double doors and take in the scene. The lobby is flooded with fans chattering excitedly about the band. "Oh my gosh, Louis is sooooo sexy!" I hear a girl squeal. I laugh a bit. I have a feeling that if these girls knew I was Louis Tomlinson's best friend, they'd probably hate me and try to kill me.

I check my watch. It's 6:40 & the concert starts, at seven so I decide to get to the gate. I go up to the first gate I see where a man asks me for a ticket. "I'm Audriana Valentine. I'm on Louis Tomlinson's guest list." I tell the man. He checks his list. "Yup. Here you go." He hands me a ticket with my seat on it and a backstage pass. My seat's in the front row, almost in the center. I enter the arena and sit down in my seat. I look around me as I listen to tens of thousands of teenage girls chanting "1D! 1D! 1D!" again. I can't help but laugh when I spot a sign a few rows back that says "Hey Louis! I'm not wearing pants!" in big writing on a pink piece of bristol board. Under that in smaller print, it says "Just kidding! Made you look."

The concert starts 15 minutes later. Louis & the rest of his bandmates-Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne-arise up to the stage and emerge from a cloud of smoke. The already piercing screams grow even louder, nearly deafening me. A huge grin spreads across my face when Louis' face becomes clear and they start singing "I Want." A while into the first verse, Louis' gaze catches mine and he flashes me a smile and winks. I laugh as he continues singing. I'm so proud of my best friend.
