Whitey POV
"What is it?!" I yell. She quickly runs towards me and pulls me with her "My Dad's kind of...second in command...he's here!" She says "What?!" I say "We need to get everyone out of here, now! Especially ourselves!" She says "What? No, we can't!" I say "We have to protect the people in La Belle." "We will, but if you want us to live then come with me right now. They are here for me. When they realize I am gone they will be coming after us or continue to look somewhere else. Whitey, we have to go back to Harper." She says "They will be fine." "Alright." I say and we run to our horses. When we are riding away we see no one on the streets and the men are walking towards our house. Just our house, no other houses, just our house "Darling, we need to be a little quicker!!" I yell. The horses start to run faster and faster
Your POV
"Mommy!!" Harper yells and runs towards me. I pick her up and hold her tightly "Oh, my baby girl." I whisper and hold her tightly "Y/N!" Molly says and runs towards me. She hugs me and Harper escapes from my grip and looks at Whitey. He is still on his horse and I see him taking off his gun belts. He gets off his horse and Harper wraps her arms around him. He took them off because he knows Harper will start asking too much questions. We don't want to scare her for life "Where were you?" She asks him "Just doing my job Baby girl." He tells her "Was she good to you?" I ask her "She was an angel. She slept a little bit." Molly tells me "That's good. Really good. Again, thank you for taking her." I tell her "No problem." She smiles "But what happened? I heard a lot of gunshots." She says "I'll tell you later. Molly, I am going to ask you for another favor. We need a place to sleep for tonight, especially Harper." I say "Of course. You can stay here, room enough." She says "Thanks Molly." I say "We better get inside." Whitey says and picks up Harper.
