Chapter 2

When Max went inside the shop he saw that his favorite table in the back corner was empty but before he sat down he went to the counter and wanted to order his Coffee. He looked at the menu in front of him. When he sensed the waiter behind the corner he ordered without looking away from the menu:" One Double Chocolaty Chip Frabboccino with extra chocolate syrup and a Double Chocolate Brownie." Yes, Max loves sweet things. 

He may don't seem like it but he couldn't live without them:" Oh, a sweet one." At first Max couldn't place the voice but then he looked at the guy in front of him. He was taller than Max and he had raven black hair and beautiful dark brown eyes. 

They reminded Max of the misty forest. Max must confess that this guy was really handsome and so Max did something he never did before. He blushed and not a normal blush he blushed in the deepest red you have ever seen. The guy chuckled and it was lovely in Max' ears. 

He didn't knew what to say to something like that so he scratched with his fingers behind his head and chuckled:" Y...yea. You...could say that." Max could slap himself. Why is he so weird right now?

 And again the guy chuckled the same time he finished Max' order:" Don't be embarrassed. I think it's sweet and you are cute." He placed Max' order in front of him on the counter. The guy leaned forward and whispered into Max' ear:" And I like sweet things, too." 

Max blushed even more so he just slammed the money on the counter, grabbed his order and went outside. He just wanted to leave this place and the situation because he didn't knew what to do. The only time he felt like that was before was with...Aaron.

 As fast as Max could he walked to the Institute without looking like a freak to the other people. He didn't noticed anything around him and was really grateful when he finally reached the church. 

He went inside and you could still see the blush on his face. Max jumped a little when he suddenly felt someone tap on his shoulder. He turned around and was faced with Jace:" Hay May. How are you'" "Okay...Yea everything is good. And you?" Jace raised his eyebrow. This behavior was very odd to Jace. 

He knew this boy very well and knew when something was up with him:" I'm perfectly fine. Thank you." Max just nodded with his head. Jace crossed his arms in front of his chest. He looked Max up and down and something coughed his eye:" What's that?" 

He pointed at the cup in Max' hand:" Coffee?" Jace rolled with his eyes:" I know that much, tank you. Who is Eliott?" "W...what?" Max was just confused right now. 

Again, Jace pointed at the cup. Max turned the cup around and his eyes got wide when he that there was a number in big fat numbers written on it and the name Eliott. Under the name was written 'Call me' and a heart. Max couldn't believe it:" What the f-" "Sooo? Who is he?"

 Max looked up at his uncle again and saw that he had a huge grin on his face and wiggled with his bros. Max looked deep into his uncles' eyes and his voice was dead serious:" No one!" 

Jace held his hands up in defense and took a step backwards:" Okay. No bad talking from my side. When you don't want to tell me I can't do something about it." That was something Max loved about Jace. 

He wouldn't make Max feel uncomfortable when he doesn't wanted to talk and he didn't press the subject further when he noticed that Max didn't feel like it. When he looked into his uncles' eyes he saw that Jace wanted to know.

 Not to embarrass him or something like that but just because Jace was always soooo curious about things. Max couldn't resisted his uncles' puppy eyes any longer and so he sighed and gave in:" Maybeeee...and I don't know myself...there was a guy at the Coffee Shop who MAYBE flirted with me or...maybe not."When Max was in his room he looked at the cup again. Why would this guy do this? Max had never met someone who had flirted with him except from...Aaron.
