* Chapter 10 *

Taehyung pulled away, tears beginning to spill out again.

Jungkook let out a cough, rolling over to his side and emptying the water that inhabited his lungs. He coughed violently, Taehyung reaching out and patting his back. Taehyung smiled, happy to see Jungkook alive.

Once Jungkook had finished coughing, he sat up and looked around, only seeing Taehyung. He widened his eyes, seeing Taehyung's red tinted eyes, his body dripping wet. Despite his weakened body, he hugged Taehyung.
"Are you okay?" Jungkook asked.

"Haha." Taehyung let out a small chuckle, returning the hug. "I should be the one asking you that."

"But I'm here, hugging you, breathing. Is it all more to prove I'm alive? I was shocked when I saw you in the water." Jungkook said.

"You should thank Jimin, he told me to deliver the pendant to you." Taehyung mentioned.

"Jimin?"

"Yeah. He bursted into my room and hurried me to help you. Then he said he had a leg cramp." Taehyung said.

"Jimin never has leg cramps." Jungkook laughed at Taehyung's gullibility.

"Oh."

Jungkooks muscles and lungs where aching, and all he wanted to do was rest and recover. He didn't want to worry Taehyung too much, and pretended to be okay. He shakily stood up, Taehyung quickly helping him stand. They slowly walked back to their rooms, one step at a time.

"...as I was saying, Sultan I believe that we should send back Prince Jeongguk and Prince Jiwhoon at once." Yoongi declared, earning a raised eyebrow from Jin. He held the Solaris pendant in his hand behind his back, tossing and turning it every now and then.

"Well, we can definitely send back Prince Jiwhoon, but why Prince Jeongguk?" Jin gave his full attention to Yoongi, setting down the papers on the desk in front of him.

"He is a threat to the kingdom, I overheard him speaking of assassinating Prince Taehyung, which is why he left the party early too." Yoongi lied, hoping that Jin would be stupid enough to believe it.

"Such nonsense! His ambassador came by my room to offer me a cup of delicious tea last night, and apologized for any inconveniences. Plus, I think Taehyung has taken a liking towards him." Jin chuckled, wondering what the pair was doing.

"We cannot afford to take any chances Sultan, what if he kills Taehyung?" Yoongi irked, squeezing the pendant. Namjoon gave a look of pity towards the object, wondering if the genie living in the inside was affected by it.

"Yoongi, as much as I trust you for being a close advisor, I'm afraid I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. Min-Jun just informed me earlier that they went to the docks."

"If you won't listen to me, I'll make you listen." Yoongi waved a hand in front of Jin's (worldwide handsome) face, chanting a spell, causing Jin to go into a state of hypnosis.

"Yoongi, stop." Namjoon grabbed Yoongi's outstretched hand, trying to force him to stop. "You already have the pendant, why do you need to get rid of Jungkook?"

"He took away Taehyung, my Taehyung." Yoongi ripped his arm away from Namjoon. "Ever since he's been given the option to become Sultan, he's been busy doing things, not being around me anymore. Let me do this Namjoon. I have to."
