Chapter 3 Temperature and Sleep

Everything was quiet and undisturbed

The heating on the deck lister,y/n,cat,rimmer  and kryten were on,was going mad,holly had went into rest mode   therefore useless

Y/N pov

I couldnt sleep,i tossed and turned,but the heat kept me prisoner  from dreamland

I couldnt do anything but sweat
And after the Polymorph incedent
I was left a bit scarred   so  the fear of that little weasel was high

Sleep was a hopeless cause

Other pov

Y/n stripped down into her bra and shorts,the care of dignity was long gone,she got up and went to get a drink.

Rimmers pov

That Y/n  is nice company   nicer than lister the biggest smeghead ever known to man,he makes me sick

with his painful humming,and snide remarks towards me

He thinks of me as a total utter complete coward....I mean hes not wrong but    what the hell   he shouldnt say that to me

The heat has been absolutely unbearable   even i could feel it,thanks to my hard light bee
Lister was sleepless aswell   i think no one is sleeping

Other pov

Y/n  retrived a drink,she was bored and restless   so she decided to see if the other 2 were in the same condition     she went to listers quarters and walked inside

Lister-Oh  hey
Rimmer-Oh greetings Y/n

Y/n-Hi,..i  cant sleep the heat is too much    

Lister-Neither can we
Rimmer-Yes  i do admit,the temperature is dreadful

Y/n-Least im not the only one

Y/n went and sat next to rimmer on his bed

Rimmer became extremely  awkward  and nervous ....but..why?...

Y/n looked at Rimmer with curiosity,i mean  he was a  hologram,was he not?

Y/n-Whats it like,you know,being dead

Rimmer-Well it certainly puts a crimp on your day,i cant eat  and i miss food

Y/n-You can touch and feel though?

Rimmer-Oh yes i can touch and feel

Lister-He likes to touch and feel  himse-  lister was cut off by Rimmer coughing loudly.

Y/n Laughed a bit and grinned

Y/n-You dont mind if i stay in here?

Rimmer and lister straight away started to jabber on about how they dont mind and its not a issue at all

They both hadnt seen  a  female in forever,it was Driving them absolutely  insane     especially Rimmer ;)  (sorry)

Lister eventually fell asleep in the scorching room

Rimmer and Y/n were layed down side by side,they were chatting quietly,it was peaceful

Y/n slowley fell asleep  she cuddled Rimmer   and  he was bright red with embarassment     he often caught himself staring at Y/n     what was she doing to him,he eventually   cuddled back and drifted into a deep sleep
