Nayeon's POV
It was 2:35am and I couldn't sleep, I don't know why though. I had such a weird feeling idk what it was but it didn't let me sleep.

I flipped myself over, so I would be facing the ceiling, my mind started thinking about her. Y/N....she just came in my mind, and then I got the weird feeling again like if something was wrong. I mean Jimin isn't here yet.

He told me he was gonna go out with Y/N, but he hasn't returned. I started looking around the dark room, my eyes just looked at the window as I zoned out.

Well let me give you more of a backstory... My name is Im Nayeon im the daughter of Kim Haeun and Im Sungyoo, I only have one other brother named Park Jimin. Me and Jimin have the same mother but separate fathers, me and Jimin are also 2 years apart...his father abandoned our mom after finding out she was pregnant with Jimin. She was left alone with her Jimin but she soon found love again with my father Sungyoo. Then they had me, me and Jimin are very close he is a great big brother, but....his actions worry me. One day he introduced his girlfriend to the family, her name is Lee Y/N.

When he had said she was his girlfriend, my heart shattered to pieces. I had always had a crush on Y/N, we're the same age and go to the same high school. We are both in our senior year, she was always known as a very kind, smart girl. But once she started dating my brother...she started changing. She would start coming late to classes and even skip sometimes, I would only see her in the hallways since the only class we had together was History which she would mostly skip. However, when I would walk past her in the hallway she always looked tired and almost always sad....she never seemed happy.

There was a day though when my brother came to pick her up from school, I was walking out the school gate when I noticed them across the street, and they seemed to be arguing about something. I was interested in what they were saying so I slyly crossed the street and hid behind a wall near them and started listening to their conversation.

"I-I told y-you Ji-Jimin I wasn't flirting with anyone..." I heard Y/N stutter, she seemed afraid of Jimin. I'll admit but idk why I started to feel a bit angry towards Jimin and it built up even more after what he did after...

"Oh please, shut up and save those fucking excuses for later...I clearly saw you looking at him and being all flirty Y/N..." Jimin was very aggressive, his voice was rough and not so kind. The way he talked to Y/N made me want to yell at him, she just looked so helpless and in need for help, she just remained silent. "Did you NOT hear me Lee Y/N??!?! Apologize for making me angry......Your just a little worthless slut...." That was the last straw for me as my anger had built up. I walked by in order to stop Jimin from saying anything also to her, my feet against the concrete being the only sound. I seemed to startle both of them as I walked near them. "Oh....u-um hi Nayeon....uh..what are you doing here?" Jimin started fidgeting with his fingers. I pretended like I didn't just see what happened.

"I just happened to see you guys and I thought I'd say hi...." I said it in a really innocent voice trying to hide all my anger. I suddenly turned my gaze to Y/N...and she looked almost relieved at my appearance, I glanced her a quick smile which she returned back. My eyes lit up seeing her smile....she was so beautiful and I would do anything to make her happy. Our gaze was suddenly interrupted by a very irritated Jimin.

"Oh ok then...um me and Y/N better get going...." he seemed annoyed and I quickly saw how he grabbed her wrist aggressively. Y/N flinched at the action and was then pulled by Jimin closer to him, all she did was look down. "Well I'll see you at the house Nayeon, me and Y/N have some....stuff to talk about..." he seemed to not want a response from me tho as after he said that he waved and dragged Y/N with him to walk away.

"Bye...." I was left there by myself, I was so confused but angry at the same time. I kept thinking about Y/N and how terrified she looked, I just shrugged it off and started walking in the direction of my house.

I never knew that this was only the tip of the iceberg......
