you looked around at the new sights.

there was buildings everywhere, almost like a city.

-"welcome, [y/n] to the city of light." a woman with neat, tied back hair and fresh, spotless clothing greeted.

-"the city of light?" you were confused.

-"yes, here it is everything you could ever need or want." she told you.

-"how did i get here?" you looked at the people.

-"you took the chip, of course." the lady smiled.

you started to remember that you were forced to take the chip with jasper.

-"is.. is jasper here?" you swallowed.

-"jasper jordan, yes he's here." the woman's smile never left her face, which actually kind of scared you.

you relaxed knowing the person you couldn't live without was with you.

-"who are you?" you asked.

-"i am A.L.I.E, if you ever need me just say my name and i'll be by your side." she smiled.

-"can you take me to jasper?" you asked.

-"of course, right this way." you followed the woman down some stairs.

you looked at the tall buildings you used to see in books or movies.

you smiled, suddenly feeling bubbly.

-"right over there." she pointed to a familiar shaved headed boy, who was facing the other direction.

-"thank yo-" before you could say anything she was gone.

you walked over and went in front of the boy.

-"[y/n]?" the boy, licking ice cream, uncrossed his legs.

-"in the flesh." you spread your arms out.

he got up and hugged you.

-"you won't believe this place!" he smiled.

you smiled widely at the boy.

-"what?" he asked laughing.

-"it's just, i haven't you this happy in a while." you smiled.

-"i guess things changed."

-"now come on! i have to show you someone!" he grabbed your hand and dragged you somewhere.

-"slow down jasper!" you laughed.

he actually listened and started to walk.

-"this place gives you anything you desire." he told you.

-"you want ice cream?" he snapped his fingers.

an ice cream appeared in his hand and he handed it to you.

-"you can get anything you ever wanted." he smiled.

-"what about people?" you asked.

jasper smiled.

-"maya!" he called.

a girl that looked exactly like maya turned the corner.

you stopped, completely froze.

-"that's impossible." you muttered, dropping your ice cream.

-"in here, nothing is impossible." he said.

you walked up to the girl and placed your hand on her cheek, but your hand went straight through her.

you looked over at jasper confused.

he walked up to her and hugged her, but it was like she was only real to him.

-"jasper?" you looked at maya.

-"don't you see? i get the love of my life back." he smiled.

-"yeah," you said, smiling only to keep him happy.

after a few hours everything seemed to fade away.

-"jasper!" you called.

you looked around but everything seemed black.

not a moment later, your eyes shot open.

you were being held down by miller.

-"what the hell?" you looked around.

-"i'm going to do something, and if it hurts tell me." miller looked uncertain.

miller took out a knife.

-"m..miller, what are you doing?" you asked, eyeing the knife.

-"i have to make sure it's really you." he reassured pressing the knife against your arm.

he dragged it across drawing blood.

you yelped in pain.

-"it fucken hurts miller!" you yelled.

-"[y/n]," he sighed, "it's really you."

he let go of you.

-"yeah, its fucking me, what the hell is going on?"

-"you won't believe it." he shook his head, and helped you get up.

you both exited polis and made your way back to arkadia.

once you got there you saw jasper sobbing.

you ran towards him.

-"hey, hey it's okay." you rubbed his back.

-"i was happy." he sobbed.

-"i has her." he cried.

you sat down and hugged him.

it broke your heart seeing him like this.
