-after getting over Kristen, he has the sudden realization that you have been there for him when he needed it the most. and unlike Kristen, you actually like his riddles.

-the first date was so sweet, he took you to a small cafe in Gotham and treated you to anything you wanted from the menu. he even walked you home! what a gentleman.
-he totally shows you off to the GCPD. everyone would joke about how he'd be lonely forever, but look who's laughing now.
-you often turn up to his work just to give him lunch, since he is always working he often forgets to eat.
-many cuddles. just cuddles. he loves knowing that you are there and you are real.
-you and Edward often enjoy binge-watching crime shows and Edward points out what they are doing wrong.
-pet names. he often calls you Love, Dear, Darling, Bubs, and Doll.
-Jim and Harvey wonder how you're able to handle him.
-also if Edward ever overworks himself, Jim often calls you to help because if anyone can get him to rest, it's you.
-pizza nights for sure. also he loves sharing riddles with you.
-he's the big spoon. he likes holding you close to him.
-many forehead kisses. he's tall so he likes leaning down and kissing you on the nose or head.
-he likes lifting you up and spinning you around. he just needs to be holding you 24/7.
