Gently placing the last box on the floor, she raised herself up, sighing softly. No it wasn't the exhaustion. It was her surroundings.

'So this is a new beginning, huh?'

Yes, she had been excited about moving to somewhere new and bigger.

In fact, the last 2 years were spent searching all over the net about home decor. She had been so excited when her father said they'll be moving.

Sure. She was excited. She couldn't wait to move.

What she hadn't noticed was how much she was going to miss her old home. It was after all the place where she had spent all the 15 years of her life.

"Y/n dear, go and freshen up. We'll check everything after dinner with your Dad. You should go and look around the area," her mother's smiling face had brought her out of her trance.

"A-ah, sure, eomma," she tried her best to sound excited.

But well mothers can sense everything, they say.

"You know, I feel the same dear. I miss it too. But you'll get over it quickly. You'll have new friends, new school."

Walking down the calm street she looked up to the sky. The sun was already hiding from her and the lovely new moon was beginning to peak out from one corner of her obsidian eyes.

Spring was near. Her all-time favourite season.

A few people were walking home together from work. An old lady was giving her cat a walk.

Speaking of pets, she'd always wanted one.

Her mom had promised to get her one as soon as they moved to somewhere bigger.

Everything seemed pretty normal in this neighborhood.

Almost everything.

Except for the cute little puppy in front of the park's swing.

It was a beagle. Really cute looking with this huge puppy eyes.

Wait
it is a puppy.

But it wasn't that what caught the young girl's attention.

There was a boy in front of it. He was smiling so big his eyes seemed nonexistent.

He looked like he was around her age. He was trying really hard to act funny in front of the dog for some reason.

It made her laugh.

Aaand it caught his attention.

"Hi there! I didn't notice you because I was trying to, um, as you can see, cheer him up," he said pointing his tiny index finger at the pup.

"Ah no it's okay. It was rude of me to laugh like that. I'm Jung Y/N."

"I'm Jimin. Park Jimin."
