With all the members in Sunghoon's living room, they all took a seat. Jiyong was on the couch and Jaeduck was on the floor, leaning against it. Suwon sat on  the ground and Jai-jin in between him. Sunghoon was in front of his old cassette player that he had kept all these years.

A peaceful and calming silence took over, with only the sound of their breathing audible. Finally, Sunghoon placed the cassette into the player.

TAPE ONE: THE LIFE OF A MAN.”

The tape began with Jiwon's voice.

“Hi. It's me, your leader Eun Jiwon. By the time you hear this, I will most probably be dead. It's sad, but all I can do is just accept it. Anyway, you must be wondering; why am I dead? Whatever you do, never listen to the news because they know nothing. Allow me to tell all five of you everything, from scratch.”

“It was a normal day. I was shooting Kang's Kitchen 2 and we were at the lodge.”

Jiwon yawned, but he continued to make the red bean for patbingsu. It wasn't tough; he was just tired from a long day of working and serving dishes. He knew he didn't have the right to complain so he stayed quiet and continued to stir his red bean.

After some time, he went out to help Hodong and Soogeun with guksu but they seemed fine without his assistance. P.O didn't need any help and neither did Jaehyun. Jiwon cutely frowned.

"Is there nothing I can do to help?" he whined, and the older cast members laughed at his sudden cuteness. "Jiwon-ah, I didn't know you could do aegyo," Hodong remarked with a smug look as he held onto Soogeun to walk on the dough. "I'm not cute!"

Jiwon fell onto the couch and closed his eyes, sweat trailing down his sideburns from walking around. The cool air from the A/C soothed his mind. He desperately wanted to help, but everyone looked like they were done with their jobs.

"Jjionie-hyung, here," Jiwon opened his eyes. Mino was holding a soda and tossed it onto his hands. "Thanks, Minho,"

"You're welcome, hyung!" he flashed a bright smile, wide enough for his crescent-shaped eyes to appear.

Jiwon shyly smiled back.

"Whenever I see his smile, all my worries wash away. He's the little brother I never had,"

He stopped talking for a few seconds, as if he was thinking.

"A-anyway, you'll find out more if you find the second tape. If you know where I live, then you'll know where to find it. Be careful of falling, though,"

That was it.

The first tape ended so quickly. Sunghoon stood up from the ground.

"Let's go, guys. We can't waste time,"
