Soon Zoe and Queenie arrived for breakfast, followed by Nan and then finally Madison.

"Geez I thought I was late. Where's the food?" Asked Madison obviously annoyed.

"Cordelia is probably a little behind-" began Nan but she was interrupted by Cordelia entering the dining room.

"Good morning girls, it took you all long enough to wake up this morning. We have so much to do today, so this can't happen again."

"If we're so behind" asked Madison, "then why is the food not here yet?" 

" Maddie, don't be rude!" interjected Zoe

"Because, Madison, just like how every morning the girls all wait for you, today we're still waiting for Misty." Cordelia replied attempting to stay polite despite her thoughts on Madison.

" Stupid Swamp bitch can't even find her way to the food table after all these months." Laughed Madison which made all the other girls laugh

"Enough!" said Cordelia raising her tone, " I'll have you know that Misty was here this morning eating her breakfast before any of you were even out of dream land. She's only gone to the bathroom, she'll be back."

"Respectfully, Miss Cordelia, if she already ate, why aren't we?" asked Queenie

"Well I wanted to talk to you all about some changes in our program" 

Just then Misty skipped into the dining room, "sorry I'm a little late, hope I didn't make you wait long" she smiled

"No you're Just in time" replied Cordelia, " I was just about to say that I know most of you already stick around your preferred areas of magic but from today everyone has to officially chose an area of magic they want to spend extra time on. Two days a week half the day will be spent on the regular lessons but the whole other half will be dedicated to the specific area of magic you chose. Whether that be incantations, shape shifting, cursing, enchanting or even plant studies," she looked at Misty," it's completely your choice."

" That's so cool" said Queenie, "so you said this starts today?"

"Well today you will be making the selection and then the new program will officially commence tomorrow. You have until just after dinner to chose so don't be too hasty. You can't switch during the year unless i consent" She laughed, " which will be very, very rare."

The girls all looked pretty happy which made Cordelia happy. At least for once they were happy about something she said.

"Okay now breakfast, Waffles and pancakes and all that are in the kitchen. Self serve so be quick to get the good one's because I'm not making more."

"Okay maybe you're learning a thing or two Cordy" Madison said as she got up to get some pancakes

" I really love this idea" Zoe told her, " Fiona would've hated it though"

"That's true" laughed Cordelia 

All the girls walked into the kitchen to get some breakfast except for Misty Who stayed behind picking at the table cloth on the edge of the dining table.

"Everything alright Misty?" Cordelia asked

"what?" she looked up, "Oh yeah I'm alright, I'm just thinking about what to chose. I'm sure Zoe and Maddie will chose incantations but I really enjoy plants and herbs. I have so much fun with you in the greenhouse."

Cordelia smiled to herself feeling glad that Misty had fun with her. "Well it doesn't matter what anyone else chooses. The whole point of this is for each witch to spend more time doing what they enjoy."
