Godzilla: The Battle of Kaiju

The Queen Has Gone Down

Mothra screeched at Rodan, looking tired. But the fire demon wouldn't give up. He pounded the air with his giant wings and roared, his talons extending. 

Mothra tried to move, but it was too late, Rodan had grabbed her, sinking his talons around her side. His wings lifted and he shot forward to drive his large beak into her head. 

Suddenly, a bright beam of glowing blue light shot at Rodan. It struck him and blasted him away from the weak queen. Godzilla had saved her,  or so she thought.

Mothra turned her head as she heard giant wings pounding the air behind Godzilla. King Ghidorah's roar thundered around the two beasts, and light was building inside the throats of the three heads. 

Godzilla turned, roaring at the gigantic kaiju. Blue light started to go up his back. He was charging up an attack, but it wasn't enough. 

King Ghidorah then shot blasts of beams at Mothra, the weak and injured queen. Her body was easily thrown by the blast like she was just a piece of paper.

Godzilla growled and shot his atomic breath at King Ghidorah, but wasn't expecting something to be behind him. Talons sunk into his skin, and his atomic breath was out of aim. 

Rodan flew mockingly above the giant kaiju so he couldn't get hit, then dove down and swung his talons at Godzilla's face. Gashes were carved into his face and one of his eyes. He roared in pain and stumbled, falling back. 

King Ghidorah saw that Mothra was on the ground, still alive somehow. He pounded the air with his giant wings and flew towards her. He landed smoothly on the ground, making the earth tremble. He walked towards her, then put his giant foot on the queen. "I have won. This planet is now doomed."

Mothra glared at him and roared, but it sounded weak and not intimidating. "No, you haven't. You will go down soon!" She cried. 

King Ghidorah stared down at her and roared. He charged up an attack, his three heads lifting slowly.

Suddenly, Mothra charged forward, and something that looked like a stinger stabbed Ghidorah in the chest. She then shot webs at the heads, closing their mouths shut. The gravity beams were glowing in their mouths as they tried to shoot the attack at Mothra.

A gaping hole was in Ghidorah's chest, but it was small. He bent his large wings forward and tried to use them to remove the webs, but it wasn't working.

Mothra flew upward, heading towards Godzilla, but Ghidorah wouldn't allow her. He swerved his gigantic wing towards her, slamming her into a building.

The building, already weak with damage, then began to collapse. Mothra let out a desperate cry and glass and metal fell on top of her.

Dusty smoke shot up around King Ghidorah. The smoke cleared, and Ghidorah saw the destruction finally. A large metal beam was sticking through Mothra's torn wing. She was stuck.

King Ghidorah then opened his jaws wide, and the sticky web broke. He then moved to remove the other webs from his two other heads. He then charged towards Mothra quickly. 

The queen looked up at King Ghidorah with no expression. She only watched as he powered up his attack. She didn't even try to move or escape. She knew it was over. 

King Ghidorah then shot his gravity beams at Mothra. Three beams blasting her... it was obvious she was dead. After the attack cleared, nothing was left of Mothra. The work was done.
