This isn't exactly an unpopular opinion.

But I want to talk about this.

You've all seen that SM staff have been treating NCT bad.
Well, not just bad, horrible.
They've been told to shut up, Renjun has been told to not talk about WinWin, Renjun had to swap seats with Jisung (I've seen people saying it's because there 'should' be a Korean member in the middle. But I'm not sure about that, if you know why, tell me), and finally today, NCTs manager literally left Renjun out in the rain with no umbrella and told him to use the other car?!

I saw comments saying it's because she wanted to sit next to Jeno so she stole Renjun's seat and then the vehicle was full so Renjun has to use another.

Making it so he can't go into the car with his other members in is pretty disgusting. BUT SHE LEFT HIM IN THE RAIN?! HE HONESTLY LOOKED LIKE HE WAS GOING TO CRY. DOES STAFF NOT CARE THAT NCT ARE HUMANS, THEY CAN GET SICK ASWELL.

This made me feel sick, like really bad. The fact that these idols have to go through continuous abuse from Staff, the people you should be able to trust, it's so unbelievable. It isn't even criticism, it's just full on hate and abuse. All this stuff seems to be happening to the foreign members though. It makes me so uncomfortable, do staff really think you aren't as important if you aren't entirely Korean, or from Korea?

I love SM in terms of music. They have the most aesthetically pleasing music videos to me, they fit the song so well. The groups in SM are amazing.

BUT THE STAFF? I know not all staff are like that, I'm sure some staff under SM ent are just hoping people don't see them like that. But the staff doing this to the groups? That's absolutely disgusting.

It's apparent that a lot of the discrimination is against Renjun. I'm not sure if it's because he's a foreign member (In NCT Dream), because Chenle is too, but maybe it's because Chenle's family has more money 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm not sure, I don't wanna bring up theories like this.

All I can say is it's toxic. It's so completely wrong. It doesn't take a genius to know you don't treat someone like a toy. You can't just leave Renjun out in the rain like that and expect him to not get a cold. You don't abuse someone whether it's physically or verbally. You don't tell someone to shut up for just speaking about their Hyung. And you don't tell a foreign member to 'move' because there should be a Korean member in the middle.

I don't even understand. Who has rules like that? It's not even like a traditional thing. It's just straight up being biased. They need to treat foreign members with respect. Keep in mind SM staff, they're basically paying your wage. If they lose a member or disband, you need to either bring a new group FAST. Or be prepared to be in debt since you can't rely on EXO with how bad you're promoting them.

Everyone is boycotting SM, so we are unfollowing the and unsubbing on all platforms (this make SM lose money, so they'll have to do something about the manager) EXO-L's did it before.

I hope SM fix this without making it worse than it is.
Unless the idols say it's a misunderstanding, the best, and only option is to get rid of the Manager doing this to them. Or, SM can deal with a scandal of 'Staff under SM abusing NCT (and possibly other groups)'.
