Vakiel was the first RWBY character I ever drew, but I did not make her the leader for the fact that she isn't as smart as she believes herself to be and honestly Cole turned out as a better leader just by character.

Vakiel Raviera believes she should have been leader of team COVE, but instead of talking out her frustration with someone (like Weiss did) she instead tries to do Cole's part for him (he hates when people try to do things for him, so naturally, this starts a lot of arguments between the two, but of course, Vakiel does all the talking and Cole will simply repeat 'I was made Leader') Her weapon Shisho, is attached at her hip. (Yes I changed the name)

Vakiel's Semblance is called 'Glimpse' She can see what her opponent is about to do, before they do it. It's just a glimpse of their actions, so she never knows why they do it and is left to simply assume the reason.
