I woke up to the irritating sound of my alarm. I quickly pressed the snooze button while standing up. I took a quick shower and got ready. I walked towards my closet and took out a small white dress and a brown jacket. I put the outfit on and also put on some black heels. I walked towards my bedside table and grabbed my perfume. I started to spray the perfume a lot since the scent doesn't last that long. Once I was satisfied with how I looked and smelled, I walked out my room.
I made my way down the staircase and into the dining room. I sat down and not long after, a waiter came with my breakfast.
"Thank you" I said while flashing a small smile to him. He bowed and left leaving me by myself in the dining room.
Being alone didn't bother me since I always eat alone. Why you may ask? Well because my parents are always busy running the family business and are always in meetings with very important people. My brother is never here since he is busy being with his girlfriend and her family, since he needs to have a good connection with them so that both of our families stay as allies. On the other hand, I like to stay here and become friends with the workers.
I finished my breakfast and made my way to the main hall, "Good morning Mr. Lee" I said to my driver.
"Can you take me to the Kim residence?" I asked while walking towards the car.
"Of course" said Mr. Lee while entering the car.
"How's your daughter?" I asked while looking at him.
"She is doing good, thank you for lending me money to pay for her surgery. I'll pay you back as soon as I can." He said while nervously smiling.
"There's no need to pay me back" I responded "I wanted to help you out"
"Ah okay, well thank you again" He replied while bowing at me
We finally made it to the Kim residence. Mr. Lee drove all the way to the front of the house. I got off and made my way towards the door.
"Thank you" I said while looking back at Mr. Lee
He flashed a small smile and drove off. I finally made my way to the door and knocked on the door. Not that long after, a servant opened the door for me.
"Is Jennie here by any chance?" I asked her
"She is currently getting ready in her bedroom, you can wait for her in the living room" She said while looking at me emotionless.
"There is no need" I responded "I'll go to her bedroom"
"Wait ma'am" She said while trying to grab my wrist
I made my way around her and up the staircase leading to the bedrooms. I made my way to the end of the hall and knocked on the door.
"It's Y/N!" I said while knocking
"Come in!!" Said Jennie from the other side of the door.
I entered the room and closed the door. I sat on her bed and we started to talk.
"Are you going to the meeting today?" I asked
"Yeah, are you?" She asked while fixing her dress
"Yup" I responded
"I heard there's going to be many handsome guys there" She said while smirking at me
"Probably" I replied while ignoring her smirk
"Are you finally going to date someone your level?" She asked while sitting down next to me
I'm known for dating low life guys. Why? Well because they are so humble and not some rich douche. I HATE rich guys. They think they can do whatever they want because they have money. I'm not saying all rich guys are like this but most of them are. On the other hand, the low life guys appreciate everything more and they actually know how to have fun.
"I don't know, we'll see" I responded while flashing a small smile
