They are just standing there, staring straight at us. “Lets go, before they decide to do more than just stare blankly at us.” I say. As soon as we start walking though, they decide to follow us. Now things just gone from strange to downright creepy. “Maybe they think we stole those missing paintings or something” Vanessa says, sounding very worried. “How? We don’t have huge backpacks, and were just kids. Not capable of stealing possibly thousands of dollars worth of paintings.” Zach says, continuing to walk. “Well, maybe some of you can’t.” Liam states “But given the right tools and-” “NOT HELPING LIAM!” Vanessa says, clearly agitated. “Sorry” He says “Just proving a point.” “Maybe they’re the ones who stole the paintings and they think we’ll tell someone.” says Zach. We all ponder over this, because we run into the ‘popular group’ as were walking. “Move out of our way, Now!” spits Ashley, the head of the popular crew. “We would, but the brightness of that pink is blinding us” says Kyle, just as craftily. Kyle and Ashley used to date, but one day, Kyle decided to dump her for a foreign exchange student. Ever since then, they have always made it their life’s ambition to make each others day miserable. But I can tell, they still like each other but they won’t admit it. “Well maybe if- or why don’t you-URGG! Just get away from my sight. You and your rag tag group of misfits.” “I wouldn’t be talking, you and your silicone barbie dolls, but we’ll happily oblige.” Vanessa says, storming off as soon as she finishes. I decide to go follow her, and soon, the others follow suit. “What happened back there?” I said, trying to keep up with her fast paced walking. “I just HATE her SO MUCH!” she said, as loud as she could so the others could hear. “It’s alright, it’s all over now.” says Kyle, trying to lessen her temper.Ok. Lets just find the other stupid items on the list and get on with it.” She said. No one argued with her. Our next item, was another random painting that was a floor above us. We ran into the exhibit room and bad things started happening. As soon as we were all in, the door shut behind us. “Okay?” I said. Thats Not supposed to happen. “A bit drafty in here right guys?” He said, trying to convince himself more than us. “Sure” Liam said, not phased at all by the sudden happenings. But as soon as the paintings all over this room started disappearing, there was no denying we were in danger. First a statue of a spartan dissapeared. Then a Painting of the sun setting over a lake. And then, BAM! The whole room was empty. "Something's Not right" Liam said. "Obviously!" Vanessa said, starting to lose her temper again. "I think we should get out of here." I said, reaching for the door handle. But when i put my hand on the spot, I only felt the cold wall against my hand. "Or not" Said a voice that sounded familiar. "Scott?" I said, but before i could get an answer, everything went dark. The only thing that was going through my mind was, "Arent you supposed to be dead?"
