13. He did NOT just ignore me and leave.

~Regina's P.O.V~

Ugh. Why does he have to be so fucking bossy? I rolled my eyes at the thought as I approached Alice's locker which is beside my locker and to my luck Emily is standing there with her. Screw Ace right now, I have other shit I need to deal with.

"Give me one reason why I shouldn't drag you by your hair and into a dumpster right now," I said to her giving her death glares.

"Before you do that I have something to tell you that might keep me alive," she said frightened.

I gave her an 'explain this shit right now' look.

"I was attacked by two Russian cars while I was getting us pizza yesterday," she said hope in her eyes that I could forgive her for the flat tire my baby had.

But I was confused. Why the hell would the Russians attack her?

"Why tho??" I said more to myself.

"I don't think they meant to attack you, Emily," Alice cuts in. My head immediately snapped towards her informing her to continue.

"Gina, none can see who's in your car because of the shade you have put, but you went on missions with it so I think they knew that that's your car but never knew who was in it," she explained and I thought about it for few seconds and I knew she was right.

"Yeah, everyone knows it's your car dude," Emily said.

"Which means they were aiming for you, not Emily," Alice continued.

"Me? Why?" I was confused.

I felt someone's hand tapping on my shoulder.

" Excuse me?" I said turning around only to find no one other than the bitch Rebeccah.

"Oh hey there Beccah," I said mocking her.

"I'm not here for trouble," she said rolling her eyes at me. 

"I find that hard to believe," I narrowed my eyes at her.

" I'm just here to tell you that you can have your little boyfriend ace, I'm not the competition here, Regina, it's Sarah over there," she said pointing at a girl over there that is chatting with her friends.

"Anyways Caio," she said then walked away.

"This is all your fault Hannah," I said groaning bumping my head into the lockers. It's all because of that stupid dare.

She just looked around looking innocently as if she did nothing and I rolled my eyes at that.

After school...

I was almost out of the school gates when I felt a hand grab my arm preventing me from going anywhere.

"What the hell, Ace," I said as I got out of his grip.

"And where do you think you're going, amour?" he asked.

"Home?" I said confused about why the hell was talking about.

"And who is going to give you a ride?" he asked. I thought about it for a second and then I forgot that I didn't have my car with me today due to it having a flat tire because of a certain someone. Right. 

"Oh," that's all I said.

"Now come on, amore," he said as he grabbed me to his car. I got in.

And while I was in his car there was this one thing that I couldn't seem to shake off from my mind.

"Why do you care if I came back home or not?" I blurted out.

"Trust me, amore," he said. " What I did was one hundred percent selfish of me,"

"And how's that?" I asked as I raised one of my eyebrows at him.

"Because if something happens to you and I could have helped but didn't your dad is gonna kill me and I lose my alliance with him which is something I prefer not to happen, especially when there is a threat to my mafia," he said calmly.

"And why won't you do it without being afraid to lose your alliance with my dad?" I said giving him a questioning look.

"Because, amore, we are rivals, this is just a temporary alliance nothing more," he said.

"Alright stop the car," I said frustrated. and his neck immediately snapped towards me but I just kept my hands folded on my chest and kept looking forward.

"And why the hell should I do that?" he said raising one eyebrow.

"Because I said so, so stop the fucking car,"

He stopped the car confused while I just opened my seatbelt.

"If you can't do one good thing in your life then rest assure that I don't need protection and especially from someone like you," I said and got out slamming the door.

And as I was walking in the opposite direction of the car I realized two cars that were parked from the distance waiting for us. I ran back to the car.

"I thought you-," he began saying but was immediately stopped.

"Drive," I said as I fastened my seat belt.

"Wait, why?" he asked confused.

"Fuckin' drive, Ace!" I yelled and he immediately started the car and it sprang to life.

"What the hell are you smiling at, idiot, we are being chased by two cars, probably Russians and you're here smiling like an idiot!" I yelled at him but he just kept smiling like an idiot.

"No reason, I just realized you didn't call me dickhead," he chuckled.

"Un-fucking-believable," I muttered rolling my eyes.

"You seriously need to learn not to roll your eyes at me," he growled as he sped up and from what it looks like, we lost them. Stupid Russians.

We reached home to an empty place with no one in as if they all decided to travel.

Suddenly Ace's phone rang and he picked it up.

"What's going, dad? I just came back home and no one's home," Ace asked.

"What?!" his reaction at the moment was indescribable as if he just heard that someone fucked his mom. I chuckled at that thought in my head.

"I'm on my way," he closed as he headed out the door.

"Ace! What happened?" I asked but I got no reply as he left.

He did NOT just ignore me and leave.
