Failboat's Pov:
"Daniel?" A voice behind me spoke. I look up from the map that was on my lap to see who it was. "Oh Purple, what do you need?" I asked, putting away the map. "Well, Sam woke up and he's asking for you," Purple explains. I sat there with a confused face as to what he means. "He wants to talk to you about something. I don't know what it is so, just go." Purple responds, taking the map from me. He walks away slowly as he looks at the map and I sigh. I stand up and walk to where Purple and Sam originally were. "Failboat?" The words above Sam's head questioned as he heard me rustle through the woods. "Yeah, it's me. What's up?" I replied, seeing Sam sit against a tree.
I slowly sat next to him and the silence was in the nighttime air. I could see Sam looking down as if he was bothered by something. "Sam? What's wrong?" I asked again, concerned. I was about to put a hand on his shoulder until I remembered what happened last time. I could see his burned clothes on his shoulders and I hesitantly put my hands back on the ground. "It's okay, don't be scared about what happened." The words reassured. Our eyes met for a second until he looked back at the ground quickly as soon as possible. "I guess but, still I'm sorry that happened. I didn't mean to hurt you." I responded, still looking at him. Something about him was so mesmerizing to continue to look at. "So, now that I got your attention. Why did you call me here?" I asked, curious. "After I passed out, I had a dream and it was weird, to say the least." The words spoke.

His shoulders tensed as he grabbed his legs and put them close to his chest. I was very confused and concerned at the same time. "It was about the whole timeline thing that Hexa keeps talking about. But, I was in like a third-person perspective. I was in two events." The words explained as he breathed in and out slowly. He seemed anxious about telling me about this. "Two events in the timeline? Tell me about them." I spoke, grasping the grass underneath me. "Okay, so, the first event was like everything in the beginning." The words started and I looked at him confused.

"Listen clearly to what I'm about to say, Failboat. I saw Zero and Hexa talking with one another as they look at these codes for what I think is a world." The words explained and my eyes widen. "Did you hear anything? See anything?" I questioned, hoping some type of answers that could help us with our mission. "Well, they were talking about how this world would be balanced. There was good and evil. Yet, they chatted as if they were a couple or something." The words explained and my eyes widen. "Did you manage to confirm it?" I asked.

"Well, does a kiss on the lips and 'I love you's suffice?" The words questioned with a blush. I blush as well and nod slowly. "But, then, Zero just fell to the ground and Hexa sighed. She returned to doing her work on this code." The words spoke and we both had a look of confusion. What kind of lover would let their loved one fall to the ground like that and not do anything? "So, it's clear that those two created a world of codes?" I spoke. "I believe it's our world they are creating." The words replied and I nodded.

"So, what was the second event?" I asked, looking up at the night sky. "Oh, uh, that. Okay, so, this event includes me and you." The words started and I could see Sam shake violently. "So, uh, it looked like you were done defeating someone. You and the others managed to save me from something. I was limping towards you and you ran up to me to...hug me." The words explained as he put his hoodie over his eyes. I could tell he was blushing and his body continued to shake.

"Hug you? What happened next?" I asked, a blush appearing across my face. "You...You...kis-talked to me! Yeah, talked to me." The words hesitated as he finally let go of his hoodie. I looked at him confused, it looked like he wanted to say something else. "What did I say? Do you remember?" I ask. "You forgave me for something and you were glad I was safe until one of had to die to fully defeat something. I took it and stabbed myself. That's how the event ended and I woke up." The words explained, his eyes meeting with mine for another split second.

He darted them away to the sky as a blush continued to stay on his face. "Sam? Is that everything you wanted to tell me?" I asked, concerned. Sure, he was shy and obedient toward us but, that doesn't mean he kept any secrets from us. "Well, I guess. Uh, the second event well..." The words read as he continued to look up at the sky. "It got me thinking and well, I'm wondering why you were glad that I was safe because clearly. I don't feel that." The words explained as he sighed.

"Maybe there was something between us. Like a friendship that was so close, we were like brothers. But, don't think that I don't care about you. I understand now that I acted like a complete asshole to you. And I'm sorry for hurting you and treating you like that." I explained and Sam slowly faced me as he heard that. "Well, if you mean it. I forgive you. I understand that I'm a potentially dangerous person and you acted the way you did because of that. I promise to help you folks from now on." The words read as he smiled. "Yeah, well, I'm gonna sleep." I spoke and I heard a chuckle come from him. I felt him lean against the tree as we started to fall into slumber.

"Goodnight, Sam." I whispered and a small squeak came from him as a response.
