Hazels p.o.v

As Tabitha walked in and my face lit up. A savior I knew it wouldn't be Jason. "Tabitha? is that really you?" with no hesitation I got up and embraced her tightly. "I'm so glad you're here to save me." letting go I looked at her and she had a disgusted look at her face.

"Save you?" she pushed me with force which made me hit the wall super hard.

"Saving you would be the last thing I'll ever do. look at you so worthless you'll never survive out here." she chuckled with a devilish smirk. "And you're following a criminal? Good luck." She said turning around.

My face tightened at her words and anger began to build up inside me.

"You're working for these people!? What have I ever done to you for you to treat me like this!" I spat.

Tabitha turned around and wrapped her hand around my neck and began to squeeze it slowly. "Don't act like you don't know."

I began to grow desperate for air as her grip got tighter. My throat began to close up and I could feel my vision beginning to blur. Closing my eyes I gave up on everything. If this is how it was going to end so be it.

"Let go." a familiar voice said. my eyes slowly opened and I see Jason behind Tabitha pressing a gun to the back of her head.

"Ja-ason." I struggled to say his name since Tabitha was still squeezing neck. Finally Tabitha let go and surrendered. "McCann." she turned around and backed up away from him. "Tabitha" Still pointing the gun to him he grabbed my arm and knocked the gun on the side of her head causing her to black out.

"Wait what about the guys?"

"Did you forget where we are we're in a public place." he whispered to me and opened the door, as he opened it I could here the roaring crowd surrounding and ring with a metal fence.

He lowered his grip and took a hold of my hand and guided me through the crowd. I was to distracted by his warm hands then the danger around me to be honest. Finally we came outside then came to a stop he let go and looked back at me. "uh what's wrong with your face? Why is it so red?" Jason asked.

"What?" My face was flushed red an I hadn't even noticed it and I was to embarrassed to tell him why. "Maybe it was the choking you know."

He shrugged as we walked to the car. I guess he was serious about that promise. Funny how this guy cares more about me then my own sister. I was still trying to think of what I did so wrong to her I still was completely clueless. How could someone be so cruel to someone who always looked up to them?

"I'm going to take you to my little hangout it's where I stay sometimes with my friends, you know the ones who give me the 'jobs'" he awkwardly chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck.

I nodded and leaned my head on the window. "oh by the way thanks for the help back there, my sister would've probably choked me to death."

Jason furrowed his eyebrows and spoke hesitantly. "Woah....wait that was your sister?"

Sighing I replied with a frown. "yeah..."

Shaking his head he kept his eyes on the road and made no eye contact with me. The silence grew...

Two hours later we pulled up to a medium sized house with a well groomed lawn. as Jason got out I got out and he waved his hand so I could follow him to the front door. he sighed and pull out his small set of keys and opened the door.

"Hey guys I'm home!" Jason yelled as he walked in the door.

There was a group of men and one female sitting in the living room and they all cheered his name and all those other things guys do when the greet each other for god knows why.

I stood there awkwardly this wasn't my crowd and I knew no one but Jason. After they settled down all eyes were on me and I grew nervous again.

"Oh um this is hazel." Jason got up and introduced me no words came out my mouth only a quick wave.

"A friend of Jason's is a friend of ours." One guy said which made the other guy roar with agreement.

"Speak for yourself." The blonde headed girl said as she stormed out of the scene.

I bit my lip at her words. What was her problem?

Jason's p.o.v

Things were awkward and I know what they were really thinking they just didn't want to say it in front of company. "Hazel this is Sam, John, Cooper, Brant, and serenity which isn't in here anymore." I could see in there eyes that they were faking it and wondering why I would bring an outsider. I had my reasons..

"Come on Hazel I'll show you where you'll sleep." I led her up the stairs to my room then threw her one of my t-shirts and pair of shorts. "You can have my room for the night, shower is across the hall. I'll sleep somewhere else." Walking towards the door I looked back at her I could see how uncomfortable she was.

I went across the hallway and knocked on serenity's door she quickly opened and gave me a mad look. "What's that look for." I said walking in and closing the door. "You know what it's for bringing random girls in here. Jason you know I have a thing for you." she crossed her arms.

"Do you?" I smirked

"You know I love you." Her hand stoked my cheek.

Pulling her closer to me I just smirked. "We only just hook up babe that's all your for."

"Do you hook up with her to?"

"Look let's not get in to that I had a long day all I want right now is to get laid can you do that for me?"

She nodded which made me cheese like a five year old. "That's my girl."
