CHAPTER EIGHT
"Wake up!!", Peter Pan screamed, waking up all the peacefully sleeping children. There were sounds of yawns.
"Why must you wake us up so early?", Alfred complained, coming out of the blankets and eyeing Peter Pan angrily. Then he pulled the blankets back up when he was done speaking. Peter Pan quickly flew by Alfred's bed side.
"Because I can", Peter yelled, pulling off the blankets off from Alfred. Alfred grumbled, but got out of his bed unhappily. The Darlings yawned loudly and slowly crawled out of the blankets.
"What are we going to be doing today?", John yawned. His little eyes were barely open. He looked outside, it looked like it was 5 or earlier in the morning. Why would we need to get up so early? John wondered. "And why do we need to be up so early for it?", John quickly added.
"You'll see", was all Peter Pan said. A grin spread on his face. His eyes were smiling, shiny and bright. Whatever they were doing it had to be exciting to get Peter Pan completely happy. I can't wait to see what we will be doing!!, John beamed in his head. John rubbed off the sleep from his eyes, and chased after Peter Pan who just flew out the window of the tree house.
"Come on, Wendy!! Come on, Micheal", John called from outside the tree house. Wendy and Micheal were slowly nodding off, but John had different plans for the day.
"Were coming!", Wendy called. She stretched her arms, rubbed her eyes awake, then shook Micheal. "Come on, Micheal you heard him. Let's go!", Micheal climbed out of the bed, and quickly ran outside in the golden sunlight of the rising sun to the trail of Pixie dust floating in the air. Wendy quickly came after. Both running to find their brother. Wendy still didn't trust Peter Pan since he said they could never leave Neverland.
