sitting alone,

with a book in your lap

a non existant smile,

a made up friend

you once had.

the fog is a veil

not some mist,

your closed eyes

are still searching

for the one you miss.

other fish in the sea

but there are better guys.

floating like a summer cloud,

it isn't what you are

you're worth everything

have you wondered?

fix your own heart,

cure everything.

but i must sayWhere stories live. Discover now
