Pepper's PoV:

"An Assistant? For yourself?"
"Yeah, why not?" I sighed. It was the next day and I couldn't sleep all night, because the idea of having a personal assistant had begun to grow more and more in my head, until I finally decided to ask Anthony.

Surprisingly, his reaction wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It seemed like he fancied my suggestion. "Well, if it helps you to focus more on your work and achieve better results, we can advertise a post." he said.
Astonished by that, I raised my eyebrow.
"Happy can do that for you, I have to leave now, see ya", he added, while opening the door and preparing to leave.
"Thank you, Tony." I responded. But he didn't reply to that.

As I sat back down onto my chair, I asked Siri to call Happy.
"Good morning Ms.Potts, what can I do for you?"
"I need you to put out a job offer. I need an assistant for myself, Anthony told me to ask you if you could do that. Also, I'd prefer a feminine one."
"Okay, got it. Why exactly feminine? Is Tony spreading enough testosterone for two males?" he chuckled. "Big eyeroll Happy, big eyeroll." I responded.

"Did you tell him about the speech next week? It's really important."
"Yes I did, but yeah, you know, the usual.."
"Drunk or pissed?"
"Both."
"I'm sorry for you..If I could do something, I would"
I sighed, "Let's shove this topic aside, can you call me when the first applications pour in?"
"I will, have a good evening Pepper, I mean, Ms.Potts."
"You too Happy, you too."
He hung up.

When I came home, Anthony was downstairs. I allowed myself to grab a bottle of wine from the kitchen and crawled into my room.
I put on some music, poured a glass of the excellent wine and went outside onto my balcony. The view from here was fascinating, the sunset was picturesque.
The colors were so strong, especially the orange. One could compare it to the warm orange of fire, giving warmth when you're close enough, but dangerous when you touch it.
