Okay so

A big apartment in a three floor building.Has two bedrooms,a big bathroom with a toilet in it and another separate toilet.It has a big kitchen and a big living room AND there is a balcony and the building is next to SM.It's a two minute walk to work and well,you know SM is in the center of the city so yeah,everything is close

Or

A small house.It has two floors and on the top floor is one bedroom and a bathroom.The bedroom is very big and on one side it has a balcony and on the other there is a big window with a small sitting space.On the bottom floor is the kitchen and living room,they are one big room and there is a small guest room.Stairs are leading to a porch that has a roof so we could hang out there as well.It's a 15 minute drive to the center of the city and it is in a peaceful area.
