"We're over."
Blake looks at me as if I meant nothing to her, as if something had taken over her body and soul and completely erased the memory of me. The memory of us.
"What do you mean.." Tears started to roll down my cheeks, as I spoke out the words. Damn it. Why can't I be cold like her. I looked at Blake like a hopeless mess, but Blake didn't seem to give a shit.
"Are you stupid?! I said that we're over." Blake walks away, not caring about how she just shattered my world.. It might be cheesy, but Blake is my world and her leaving as cold as she just did, completely devastated me.
I lay down on my bed and cry until I can't anymore. "I thought we were happy.." I say to myself, while more tears roll down my cheeks.
Blake walks to her room and pulls out her phone. "It's done. Please don't kill her, you have no idea what she means to me." But the unknown caller has one more task for Blake. One that will just give you that extra kick while you're down. Blake can't do anything but nod, but she was clearly as devastated as you.
A knock on the door snaps me back to reality. "Leave me alone!" I scream and I roll on my other side, facing the wall.
But whoever is at my door, isn't planning on leaving that easily. I hear footsteps come closer and closer to my bed. Before I can roll back on my other side, I feel someone getting on my bed. A warm feeling of safety overwhelms me as the person lays behind me and wraps her arm around my waist. "It will all be okay." A soft voice whispers in my ear and I straight away knew who was comforting me. Rain..
We laid there for what seemed like an eternity, but it felt good. Really good..
The next morning I wake up, still in Rain's beautiful arms. "I can't believe we fell asleep!" I grab my phone to look at the time. "FUCK, I'm almost late for school!!" I quickly leave the bed and get dressed. When I look at my nightstand I see a picture laying on it, so I take a look at it. It's Rain's mugshot, damn.. She's cute.. She looks so badass. And you know what they say right? Good girls go to heaven, but bad girls bring heaven to you. And Rain sure as hell brought heaven to me.
When I leave my room I see Slay my best friend making out with Storm, ew. I sneak past them and make my way to school.
At school I see Blake kissing some random girl. I'd say that I'm shocked, but I'm not.. This is who Blake is and you can't change someone who doesn't sees what's wrong with their behavior. And Blake was nothing more but a sad little liar who lashes out like a child who doesn't gets her way. I want nothing to do with her anymore, I'm choosing me now. Me and my happiness. I'm no longer wasting my time on onesided relationships who only take and take and don't care who they hurt in the process of that. I decide to walk inside with my head held high. Ain't no bitch bringing me down! Never again!
When I'm at my locker, Slay walks towards me and hugs me. "I've heard what Blake did, girl. Everyone's talking about it! Are you okay?" I smile like I've never smiled before and reply "Yeah, I'm great. Losing someone you never really knew is a gain, not a loss." And we walk into the classroom.
I can't really pay attention in class, so I decide to text Rain without the teacher noticing. She quickly replies with a meme of a guinea pig named Swinnie, who's stuffing his face with carrots. She compares the guinea pig with Blake, who always wants more and more because nothing ever is enough for her. Funny how accurate this is. I can't hold in my laugh and before I know it everyone, including the teacher is staring at me. "Care to share what has made you laugh this loudly?" The teacher looks very annoyed and Blake looks at me with a weird look in her eyes, like the look she gave me when I was dating Logan. Weirdo. So I decide to share what made me laugh "Well.. Rain compared Blake to a guinea pig." The entire class burst out laughing, except for Blake and the teacher. But I didn't care. If Blake wants to see the bitch in me, then she can get it. I've let her hurt me enough and I'm done forgiving her crazy selfish ass.
After class Slay takes me to the park where we talk about everything that has happened lately and I tell her about my stalkers return. "I know exactly what can cheer you up, give me fifteen minutes!" And with that she leaves. I know exactly where she's going, she's going to pick up a freakshake called chocolate heaven. I've never seen so much chocolate in one drink before, but hey we can't always count calories. A girl needs her chocolate, okay?
But fifteen minutes turn into thirty minutes and thirty minutes turn into one hour. A freakshake shouldn't take this long to make.. So I try calling her, but it goes straight to voicemail. Odd.. She never turns off her phone, that's just not who she is. And if she's already on the phone with someone then she hangs up on them, to pick up my phonecall. I try to call again, but just like before.. It goes straight to voicemail, again.
I'm worried out of my mind and start looking around, but Slay is nowhere to be found. When I reach the entrance of the park, I see a freakshake scattered all over the ground. "Fuck, fuck.. No.." I start screaming her name, but there's no reply. And then my phone starts to vibrate..
"Missing someone? x BB." There's a video attached to it, so I decide to open it even though I'm insanely scared.
When I open the video I see a dark big room, like a room in a abandoned factory with a chair in the middle of it. Slay is sitting on the chair, but she seems to be unconscious.. Her hands are tied behind her back and her ankles are tied to the chair. Her mouth is taped off and her runny makeup tells me that she's been crying. I could hear the laughter of multiple people in the background.
Fuck.. I have to save Slay!
